I received a dress for prom last year. I didn't even think it would have come in time, but once I got in touch with customer service, they helped me through it which was the positive part. I just don't like how I wasted my money buying a prom dress when it arrived and looked nothing like the picture. The color was a washed out gray and did nothing good for anyone wearing it, it didn't even fit me, and a jewel came off. My friend ordered from here too and got her dress looking cheap and nothing like the photo. I just wish I wouldn't have bought from here because I wasted my money on a dress I'm never going to wear.

Please DONT and NEVER ORDER from Dresswe.com based in CHINA. Once they get your money, you will make it impossible for you to do an exchange or to get a refund. They say and reply to all complaints on websites if you are unsatisfied, contact them and you will get your refund. This is "BS" because they will make it "MISSION IMPOSSIBLE and a friggin nightmare. Please note, the positive 5 stars reviews on all the sites looks fake. Good companies don't have so many bad reviews. I regretted that I didn't do enough research or read the reviews for Dresswe.com. I ordered 2 dresses - size 4 US. First, the website makes it look like they are based in US or England and I thought so. The materials are crap and the dresses' s bust area are small for size 4 US. I wanted to return the dresses but they won't let me until I measure the dresses' bust size, and email them the pictures. Now they have the size and pictures, they say I measured it wrong and emailed me a link BUT with instruction on how I measure my bust area. What the F. K for? They are dragging out the complaint process and I know they will say that I past my return time and will only give me 50%. They are making it F-ing impossible for you to get your money back. I read many complaints that even after you provide the correct measurements, you only get a refund at 50%. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with DressWe's unethical and dishonest business practice. I should never order on-line from any Chinese companies again and Dresswe. Shame on you. Please don't bother to pretend you care by replying. I will donate your crappy dresses to charity. To the readers, please don't order from Dresswe and please share with your friends or share on facebook and twitter. Dresswe has Poor business practice, even worse poor customer service. Lastly, I noticed DressWe addresses all complaints on websites the same way, promising they will do their best to make Customers happy... this is another "BS".

Dealing with this company was a total nightmare. I needed to exchange a dress as well as aa return another one. I did it within 7 days of receiving orighinal dresses. Neither dress was custom ordered. It cost me $150.00 for shipping then 80.00 more fot other bogus charges. I did get the one dress exchanged but it was no bigger than the first. It is now at a seamstress getting let out. My seamstress has worked on many of this companies dresses and hates this company as well. I finally got a partial refund, $40.00 dollars at a time for a total of,$120.00. I am out $150.00. Do not deal with this company.

All purchased clothes is the same as on pics. Dresswe has low prices, but a huge range and good quality. Shipping for Singapore was also fast. I`m satisfied!
