I have been purchasing stuffs from Dresswe for a few months. Everything was pretty good, the products are always as described. Occasionally there was delay for the delivery but the customer service is very good, always respond within 12 hs. I once got a $10 coupon for a delayed delivery. Honestly the price is so good, most people would not really mind to wait!

Content: I ordered one unique wedding dress for my up coming beach wedding. I LOVE this dress! I'll admit I was kind of nervous at first so I did a good bit of research before ordering. I'm definitely NOT disappointed. The dress is gorgeous, specially for the price! It also fits perfectly! The shipping was fast!
I ordered the Blazer and very happy with this purchase. I ordered the color white and it looks great, fits well, and the material is very good. My Mom, sister, and cousin all liked the Blazer that I recommended to them on this website. They were very happy because there were many things to buy at a reasonable price. I had a lot compliments on the Blazer, so I wanted to order different colors but it was out of stock. Please let me know when it is available again. Thank you!

I purchased a dress for 238.00 and it did come sooner than they said it would. But the invoice said that the dress cost 87.00 which was by far more than the sale price. When I contacted them I was told that they reduced the price so I do not have custom.
They offered to refund me 40.00 which I refused. I ask them to send me an invoice for what I paid -238.00 they refused. I purchase thru paypal- it behooves me that paypal will do a business with a company that avoids paying custom.

If you like customer service, and believe companies exist to provide desired products to people, this is NOT the store for you!
We ordered a dress on September 27th, for our ball on November 13th. The site promised a 16 day turnaround due to the dress custom fitting. A month later, no dress. We check in to see what happened, and they haven't even sent it! In fact, after 6 weeks, it still said "pending" on payment and "processing" on shipment. Granted, they of course took our money but never supplied a dress.
They claimed we gave them an inncorrect shipping address and therefore couldn't send it. The shipping address was fine, and we replied twice stating that everything was in order. All other companies use it. When we asked why they did not contact us about this issue, they replied that they e-mailed many times with no response. Funny thing was, no e-mail showed up; not in our inbox, junk mail, or trash. It was a lie to cover their sleazy actions.
We asked for a full refund of course. They said best they can do is 40% due to the dress being a custom fit. We're still battling them to this day for the refund.
Who does this?! Who takes your money, doesn't deliver the promised product, accuse you of giving a wrong address, then accuses you of not responding to e-mails that they never sent, and refuses to refund you for all their failures?
Find another site. This one is a scam...
