Ok. I received my package after months of waiting. I order a plus size XXL so that I know that i will be able to fit it because the clothes is cut small. NOOOOO! The plus size XXL swim top is a small and the swim bottom is bigXXL. WOW! With these sites you can win so from now on i will not order clothes from here anymore just odd stuff.

I have have really good experience with Dresslily.com... I am a returning customer and each and every time they was able to quickly help me with any issues I had... I really love their products I have gotten from them
I ordered and paid for a top. The top arrived and I do not like it. I have tried several different attempts at contacting the seller for a return and refund. I cannot access "my account" because they state my password is incorrect and do not give me the option to be reminded or change it. I tried emailing and my email was returned. I tried live chat who said they only dealt with pre-orders. They gave me contact details which were not accessible to me. I gather there is a 30 day limit on returns and refunds and am now pretty close to that so imagine they will say I am out of time. So... I am left with a ghastly top and several pounds lighter in my pocket. Very cross indeed and it goes without saying that they are now off my christmas card list.

I took a chance and ordered two items from this website: a swim dress and a corset. Both arrived in a little over a week, which shocked me. I thought it would take a little longer and assumed the products shipped from China. Both items fit perfectly and were actually a really high quality. The swim dress fit, was lined and not thin, had padded cups and was cute and unique. I'd compare it to the same quality you would find at Target. The corset was exactly what I wanted for a costume I am working on. It fit great, high quality, and nice fabric. My only advice is to make sure you follow the size charts on each and every product - they're not all the same. Follow the charts and you get things that fit.

I ordered a scarf... It was only $13 but still... the order was placed on DEc 6. By Feb 25th I had not received it and sent them a message. They told me I would have to pay for partial shipping... Are you kidding me right now? So I sent them another not so nice message and they said they would send it to me at no cost... I am still waiting... do not do it. It is a huge scam... If you like inexpensive things... and are willing to wait for it. I order things from WISH.com all the time and while it takes a while to ship I have alwasy received my items.

If you want to pay for clothes that you wont ever receive and have a horrible time "trying" to get your money back, then by all means order from this place! I wrote them for 2 weeks trying to tell them my package wasn't delivered, They give you the run around and finally i got told well you can pay for shipping again and we will re-send the items you ordered! Im sorry but this is horse sh*t, I'm not paying for shipping twice after i have already paid once and never received my items, or they would give me a store credit! Do what? I discovered this site about half a year ago, and since then have spent over $1000 on all sorts of neat stuff and clothing. Several orders, so many products, and nothing but joy all around for my spent money. I got everything from shirts, pants, coats, accessories, toys, you name it. Condition? Great. One jacket was dusty, but the other 100 pieces were great. Shipping? Smooth! Packages came in one piece and in good condition. Payment? EASY. PayPal access allows you to purchase everything hassle-free and with the risk-free confidence of any other online retailer. Problems? SADLY ONE. I wanted to refund an item, and the truth is, I got my refund. It took about two days, because I live in Canada and e-mailing the China-based Customer Service team took some time. However, their response was swift, professional, earnest, and effective. They identified my request with speed and handled it with care. I actually was skeptical, but couldn't have been happier afterwards.
Their team is friendly and dedicated to their work, so despite the time distance between us, they expressly worked hard for me to feel satisfied- and that's not something I can say I've experienced with many and most online retailers I've shopped with.
After reading tons of bad reviews, I went ahead and purchased a couple items because the prices are so cheap, that even if my package never arrived or the clothes looked nothing like advertised or fell apart, it would still be a cheap lesson learned the hard way losing minimal funds. Some of the clothes looked so great, I thought it was worth the risk... and it was! I purchased the expedited shipping and my package arrived in 9 business days. Not bad at all for something I thought I might never receive, according to other reviews. The clothes fit amazing! Perfect, actually! Other reviews had mentioned they size small because they're from China but I followed the sizing charts and had no problems. In fact, I appreciate that Dress Lily describes the models stats in the pictures where models are displaying the clothes. Most of the models were 5'9", around 110 pounds and wearing size small. I'm 5'10" and 140 pounds so medium fit me great. They even sell dresses 57" long! That's un heard of for me to find a floor length dress!
The quality of the clothes is now the only thing I will just have to wait and see if they hold up. But even if they don't, what do you expect at these prices? They're so cheap, I could afford to just buy more then.
Over a month and even though I paid for a tracking number, nothing. And no dress. Rip off. Don't waste your money!

Half of my order came and half of my order did not come. I emailed them as well as someone else to see if they would answer them instead of me several times. They would not ship the other half of my order. They sent a generic email saying they received our initial email but then never got back to us. I am very disappointed!
