My own experience with Dresslily has been positive and I want to share it with you so you can also without any doubt opt to buy from them. They offer free shipping with a tracking number.The dress I receive was as described and true to size. They offer a variety of products at a reasonable price.
Had anyone had problems and either received it very late or the worst not at all. I am in Australia and most things from China are usually here by now. Dresslily seems to have a bad reputation.

I ordered Plus size Halloween shirt two sizes too big but it still wasn't large enough to fit me, I'd say it was three sizes too small. Not happy
Edit: since I posted my original review, dressLily has contacted me and refunded my money and they said I could keep the shirt that didn't fit. Thank you dressLily, I will change my rating to 5 stars. Thank you for being so quick to respond and reimburse.

I've ordered a number of times from Dresslily and so far I am very happy with my purchases. When a quality issue arose, they were quick to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend shoppers to pay for expedited shipping as not to have to wait for a month or so to received orders. OH Dear this company is so crap I ordered 2 orders they could not understand any of my queries!

I have received my refund for the item not in stock. And as a further gesture, the company refunded me for the three tops I received but were mis-sized. Overall, I am happy with the outcome of this matter.
I ordered 4 tops from this site. Three arrived - which are all too small - and the other was unavailable. They gave me 2 options... wait or exchange. They couldn't give me a timeframe for the top to be in stock and I didn't want to exchange - given the size problem with all their items.
I have claimed my refund through PayPal and after several messages, they are now refunding me on today's exchange rate which leaves me out of pocket (as the rate is lower than the day they invoiced me). It's only a few dollars but that's not the point. They are ripping people off. I wish I had read reviews before ordering as I have wasted $85 on this rip-off merchant.
Please don't go near this online store. Typical Asian website.
I don't shop much online, it's usually a little complicated and tough to figure out and I'm usually low on sleep. That being said, Dresslily makes it so much easier on me. They have a simple site setup and the clothes come in a timely manner, which is good because I hate waiting!

Dresslily offers dresses, shirts, and clothing of all kind at clean out prices. They have a wide selection of fashionable and attrative garments from petite to plus size. Unfortunatly you will never get one of those garments. What you will receive in the mail, a month after the intended and paid for delivery date, is a mockery of what you ordered. Some aspects may be similar but it will never be the same product. Different waist cuts, and sleeve lengths are the usual fair but it gets worse. To top it all off there is absolutely no consistency in sizes. If you order three medium shirts I guarantee one will fit ok, one will be too small and one won't even make it over your chest. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Me again with another Dresslily review. My last item arrived and the sizing is perfect. Seriously people, use the damn size chart for every single item. I know it's uncomfortable to order 2 or 3 or 4 sizes bigger than you are used to, but if you read the chart you'll see that a size 3X or a 6X is the same as a US 18. Measure your situation and use the chart. Also, just get comfortable with waiting. If you want 2 day delivery, use Amazon. This is going to take a full month most likely, and you know what, that's why it cost you so little. Be patient. Finally, I'm giving one star less this time because the stitching on the dress was sloppy. Nothing that I can't fix, but still sloppy. Still happy because I like the fabric. One last note: make sure to read the product details in addition to the size chart. It will let you know what fabrics or fabric blends you are getting. Don't be surprised when a poly-blend shows up instead of a cotton if you don't read the info provided. Ive got 2 new items on the way and I'm pumped to get them.

I ordered several {4} shirts from Dresslily, did not know they were coming from China. After waiting about 6 weeks they arrived, however I guess Chinese sizes are different. I had ordered mediums which is what I normally wear but these were definitely small. When I complained they told me not to worry about returning them and they sent out XXLarge which I had changed the order to. They were still more like a Medium but they fit. 2 came in about 3 weeks and the last two took about 8 weeks. I am giving them a 4 star because they did not double charge me and I did not have to return the ones that were too small.
I won't order anything that I have to worry about the time it take to get...
In having to do this I am disappointed every where I try to copy the order number to past here it is a link and the order number does not transfer had to write it down and type it in.
