I've bought a dress on DressLily and it's great! The prices was a deal, the material is neat and the size fits according to specifications. Above that, the item arrived within estimated time delivery. <3 I rate 5*!
Customer service is very satisfactory and friendly. The shipping is very fast. The parcel was shipped on 30th november and I received on 11th december. I ordered 3 jackets, the quality is very good and comfortable. It fits me fine. I am really satisfied with the products amd hope to order again soon.

I placed my order for a Christmas dress November 2nd and as of December 11th, no dress. Tracking only shows it being processed in China and it says In Transit. I reached out through the website and they 1st blamed the delivery service and told me to contact my local post office because they likely are holding the package for pickup. I have never heard of this, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt... my post office laughed and said if they were holding a package we would be notified (which I knew already). They than offered to re-ship the dress with standard shipping, which would mean if it was received it would be AFTER Christmas. What would I do with a Christmas dress after Christmas? They finally offered a refund which they say the processed, but it has yet to appear back to my account. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. This company takes your money and does nothing to help!

Dresslily's website was a pop up advertisement. There were items I was curious about so I clicked on their ad. What a treasure chest so many products on offer. I couldn't believe the affordable prices plus the sales they usually have. I was hooked. I would recommend Dresslily, top quality products friendly professional and helpful customer service. I promise to buy something every month.
I havent even recieved my items yet. I paid for fast delivery and 3 weeks later i still havent had anything. Ive tried emailing them, facebook, phone and apart from the same autoreply, 'we are very sorry, please track your parcel...'
So ive tracked it and its still with the sender. After 3 weeks?! I ordered them on the 22nd november, these are christmas presents. I dont hold faith that i will recieve them before christmas which is so sad because i cant afford to buy anything else in time. Absolutely awful

Everything I've gotten from Dresslily has been well-priced and beautiful. My only complaint would be that in order to get a refund if your package gets lost in the mail (speaking from experience here), you must have paid an extra fee for "insurance." Otherwise, I love what I've gotten and recommend the website to anyone who needs nice clothes on a budget.

I love to buy from Dresslily as you can find trendy clothes for quite affordable prices. All the items I received were as drescribed on the page and the quality is ok. I have really liked the products I have received from Dresslily. One of them was just as expected and I loved it. I love what they have to offer and I have received everything I have ordered. Only criticism that I have is that you can't trust the "in stock" or expedited shipping. Both orders had an in stock issue and even though my halloween order came in just in time (like the day before) I had paid for faster shipping. I told them I wanted a refund and the product shows up after regular shipping time had passed. So... better communication would be nice. I am happy with the products though.
