Ordered several pieces of clothing. All arrived promptly and was terrific quality. Our only issue was the sizing as the XL fit like a medium. Customer support helped us on this quickly.
Okay so first it was up to 3 days, after waiting 5 I wrote to customer support, they said to wait 2 days before contacting them again, I waited 4, contacted them and what happened is they stopped responding, and of course the order is still not shipped. On top of that their 24/7 live chat is not 24/7 at all, it's like 9 to 5 kinda thing, when you open it at let's sat 12 AM it shows this "Welcome to Dresslily.com! We are offline now, please visit us again during our hours of operations". I cannot not recommend it enough.
I ordered a smart watch worth $30 from their website, I got it today and when I opened the box the smart watch was missing. There were headphones and charging cable but not the smart watch.

I ordered an item on November 18th and heard nothing until I contacted them on November 28th. They informed me that the item I had ordered was out of stock, but the money was immediately drawn from my account without being processed. They offered to get me the same item in a different color, but have decided to charge me the difference. I have found them to be EXTREMELY unprofessional and have lost any business they would've received from me. When you try to call customer service, the phone doesn't event ring.

I have placed 2 orders with dresslily and both have been good experiences. The quality of the items I received was very nice, and I do not mind waiting a little longer for items I cannot find elsewhere at such prices.
There are a few things you need to know before ordering from this site:
1. You may be purchasing internationally. You may have import fees.
2. They are based in Asia, so shipping times will not be as quick as you may expect. They also have different holiday observances, so be aware this may factor into your shipping and delivery times.
3. Tracking may not appear until the item has cleared customs in your country - this may mean that you will not see the package has left the warehouse until it arrives at your local facility.
4. They generally do meet the estimated delivery times. Yes it will probably take 2-3 weeks to receive your order if you get expedited processing.
5. Each item has different measurements - be sure to double check the size chart for each item before selecting your size.
Everything was great. I ordered a red dress for my daughter and she loved it. Sizes tend to run a little small, but I just order a size up and all is good. Love the prices.
I bought 2 very nice dresses, the size is perfect and as all was as described.
The price was perfect and I would definitely order again.
The delivery was fast and the item came in on time.
The fabric is really soft and comfortable and the details of the dresses are stunning!
I ordered a dress with expedited shipping on November 7th 2017. On November 15th I still hadn't received a tracking number so I contacted customer service via ticket. I then received an email November 19th stating my item had been shipped. It is now December 1st and USPS has not received my package to ship. They gave me a tracking number but all it says is that USPS is waiting for the package. I paid extra for expedited shipping. I contacted customer service again today. They said my package has been shipped even though USPS hasn't received it. I tried to review on their website, it says you can't write a review until your package ships... you said you shipped it so why can't I review? Live chat doesn't work and the phone number for customer service is out of service. Thieves! I want my money back!

Dresslily is similar to other sites like rosegal, etc and i've ordered from a number of them. Dresslily was a solid one to do business with. I really love that they have model stats - the model that is wearing the items measurements and what size she is wearing. This is super helpful in determining what size to order! I currently wear a size 14 and XL tops and order a 3XL and they are great. When i was a 12 and L tops a 2XL was just right. So basically, go with the rule of thumb of order up 2 from your normal size and you are golden! I've ordered tops and bottoms and that holds true with both.
The quality of the material, stitching, true to images was all great... NOT cheap, going to fall apart or pill in 2 washes kind of feel.
Dresslily often has sale coupons, great discounts, free shipping... all making for great prices.
Shipping is mixed (and where I drop a star). For my last order i did expedited shipping (3 - 7 business days). Half of my order shipped out the next day, the other half was shipped 18 days later.
Sweater was a bit smaller than expected but end up loving it anyways! Good quality! Fast shipping! Overall good experience!

I want to share my own experience so it might help others. Well as i chose free shipping i receive my order within 4 weeks but it was worth waiting as at the end i paid my order at a good price. I receive the dress i ordered exactly as in the picture shown and it fits me perfectly.

Hi, my recent purchase arrived in good time. It was well packed and undamaged. It does everything it says on the tin (it works fine).
I would recommend Dresslily to anyone, for great items at great prices.
I have already ordered several items, and received most of them. Some still in transit. The selection is great, many color options and size options as well. Make sure you pay attention to the size chart and conversion chart. I see a lot of comments that things are too small, however, dresslily states that you should check the size charts! Most important because theirs does run smaller than the United States.
Onto the delivery, I see comments about it taking sometimes weeks to get their orders, but when you check out, at least all of my orders have been free shipping and each time I choose expedited delivery, still free, comes DHL, and they always have tracking information 48 hours after the order has shipped.
Last, but most definitely least and most important in my opinion, is the customer service. If something has been off, size wrong, color or product, I've sent in a ticket, and within 12 to 24 hours, I have always had a reasonable response! I wish there was an online live chat option, but there isn't however, the tickets are most definitely answered promptly.
Plus you get rewarded for ordering by points, which can be used as money towards your next purchase!
