I paid for 2 items, only got one of them and the other was no longer available and they said nothing to me until I wrote them. Then they admitted and did a refound of the cheaper item... the missed item was more expensive and I did not get it.

Good site if you REALLY pay attention to the size measurements. Dont go by what you normally wear in US sizing, most things run on the small side. Look at the reviews as well of each garment about fit and fabric. I had an issue with a swimsuit being sewn incorrectly and after submitting some photos, customer service was great in helping me out. I would recommend Dresslily, just use it carefully!

I have ordered several times from Dresslily and I always love my purchases. They always have great prices, too. One time when a dress was too small for me, they replaced it with a different dress at no cost to me. A+++
It has been over 3 weeks since I ordered 4 Christmas pillow covers and a Christmas shower curtain. Was sent e mail that curtain is out of stock and that the covers were mailed and would take 8 to 11 days to receive. It is 12-20-17. Really do not need them any more. But do not get through on internet sight. Never again..
I placed my order on Dec 3rd for some clothes for my Granddaughter for Christmas. I received and email on the 6th that they had been shipped. I received another email on the 8th with a different tracking number, again it's been shipped. You can't track with their tracking numbers. I wrote on the 13th that I had not received my items. They assured me that everything was on it's way to me right now. My order number is L**************. I contacted Customer Service on the 19th again. I contacted DHL on the 19th. They never received my items to ship. Dresslily responded to another email to me this morning, the 20th, that they couldn't be shipped by the original shipper which is DHL. So they were shipping them a different way. It's DHL! When I looked up the new tracking number, it says they received the shipping information on the 17th, They knew on the 13th that my order had not been shipped and yet they lied and told me it was on the way to me. Deceitful to say the least. I have asked for a full refund of my purchase NOW! I will be contacting the Consumer Protection Agency about this also. I am so disappointed in what I thought was a good company to do business with.

I am here to share with you all my experience with dresslily. I ordered at least 11 times from that website, and each time I was amazed. The jeweler, the hair extensions, dresses and everything else are amazing. They are so well sorted out, so that finding the right thing is always easy. Also, there are always coupons available, so that your purshase is always cheaper than you thought. I whole heatedly encourage everybody to try it :), you will get addicted!
Due to a few adverts on Facebook and my news feed I took to Dresslily to order a few Christmas presents. Over a fortnight later and nothing has arrived, I can see the order on the website still showing as 'processing' but after a query, no response for 24 hours. I think they may pay for false reviews or simply set up fake users & give themselves 5 stars on independent sites such as this. I still hope the goods will arrive, but its too late for their required date.

I never received the item I ordered and I cannot contact them through their email. Not a happy customer
I have been ordering from Dresslily for the past year. I love that they have a plus size selection that is actually designed to look good on the bigger girl. I order about $100 worth of clothes each month. The sizes are quite clearly marked and are very true to size. I save heaps because I log in everyday for more D points. Saved $60 on my last order! Postage times are great, never had anything not arrive.
It is a nice sweater, nice price.
I dont order much online, but dresslilly is my favorit site to order fashion.
It always fits, and if yiu have a problem, contact the customer service a they will help you.
I have ordered from them a few times and they always keep me updated on new sales and deals, and I love everything they advertise to me! Its like it was made for me every time they send me a new product update email. They also have great customer service any time I have an issue. I had an excellent service from the Dresslily store, whenever I had any questions they answered me quickly. About the bag she is beautiful, has two parts inside her and her material is very cuddly and comfortable. You can put things like cell phone or some makeup. The color is a guava rose and has this button in the front leaving the product very delicate. Arrived super fast my order. I highly recommend the Dresslily shop!
Dresslily has awesome items and awesome prices which include shipping so there's no surprises.
I have not had any issues with them since I started buying clothes from them. The items have always been great quality and value.
When the items are in stock they ship super quick which is also great.
I had an issue with an order where the item had not been sent in the time I needed it due to a delay in stock. I contacted them and they offered me a refund straight away.
