I just love this store, I just love shopping for it. The product range is expanding and I like it. The program for sharing and getting free is a great ad and it's like my friends. I'm getting to Lithuania now in 3 weeks now. So you only need to carefully look at the size and also be able to adapt to Europe. Placed a large shower curtain, bathmat set order. Got three of one curtain, never got 2 I did order, bathmat set came the same day I sent the mismatched pieces back, including the curtain that matched the rug set! THEY decide IF they will accept the returns, based on an error on their part. They received the items back on Dec 18th, with tracking info (AN ABSOLUTE MUST) and was told I would see the refund to my account in 3-5 business days! Mind you, I had to send the stuff back on my own, without ever successfully reaching them. I got FIVE complaint ticket numbers to which you can NOT reply! When they FINALLY replied, they provided the bogus 3-5 business days info. It's been 7 U.S. working days and am not able to contact them. GOOD LUCK reaching ANYBODY with the numbers/links they provide!

If you order something you do NOT need by a deadline and don't need to return anything, you may be one of the few people that are somehow raving about the products and service! The people who have responded to my FB post have almost all said they have just been STUCK with the item(s)!
I ordered a product from them it took over a month to get to me and when it did the package was crushed and the contents ruined. They used cheap packaging which did not protect the item. They did not stand behind replacing the item so I just wasted money. Never Never buy from them there are much more honest companies to use. I will continue to let people know how dishonest they are...

The product I purchased was exactly what was pictured and is great quality! Dresslily has many different beautifully unique products that are worth every penny! I bought 2 pairs of fold over heather wide leg pants and they are pretty decent quality. The only issue I had with them is that some strings from the material have come lose so the quality could be a bit better. Otherwise, they were exactly what I expected. I will purchase more in the future for sure.
