I'm one of those people that sees bad reviews and likes to take a chance on it anyways. That's what I did for dresslily, thinking "what the hell, I'll spend 40 bucks and it'll probably be fine". I was wrong. I have never owned worse clothing than what I received in the mail from them. For starters, the material was entirely different than what was listed on the website and was absolutely horrible. The sizing was also completely off--what I ordered was one size fits all, but the measurements said it would fit perfectly (I'm 5'3" with a size 1 waist). I know that it is a foreign site but i checked the actual measurements in inches provided. Two dresses turned out to fit like a very tight shirt (didn't even fit over my butt). And on top of it all I had to wait over a month to receive my packages (they split my order up) when it was supposed to take 2 weeks. I haven't even received the second one yet. I just got them today and will start the return process first thing tomorrow, I don't even want them sitting around in my room. I am extremely disappointed with them and will never order from them again
What a bummer site... sent a tiny part of my order and no information about the rest. Impossible to contact, they constantly sent auto replys but no answers. Then I get the info that 80% of my order is unavailable and I will receive a refund in 30 days. This was only after I made a complaint to PayPal and puts me outside the limit to claim from PayPal... 40 days...

Do NOT order from this sham of a company. They will receive no stars from me. I ordered a 'Deep Grey' jacket and received a junky jacket in a beige/tan colour. I sent them pictures of the jacket and these arseholes said that the beige jacket I received was their deep grey colour. A bunch of lying scam artists. They then offered me 10% off my price as if that's going to make it all better. I will not rest until I receive my money back. I will continue to leave bad reviews everywhere I can until I have been fully reimbursed. Believe me I am like a dog with a bone until I am done. Are you reading this you thieves?

This online company is not even worth a single star. An expensive purchase of mine (USD 200) did not arrive on time despite my remitting payment for expedited shipping. The purchase was made in June'14 and it is now Nov'14. My queries for refund was not answered properly by the customer service management team and no refund was done so far. Although this online site is legit, it feels like a complete scam to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MAKE PURCHASES FROM THIS SITE. DON'T FALL FOR THIS CRAP TRAP.

Ordered from them twice. First order of a coat and accessories came super quick - but the coat was way too small. Didn't try to return as the thought of trying to return to an overseas company was too daunting.
Second order of accessories took a LOT longer but eventually arrived.
Prices are good, especially for inexpensive jewellery and hair accessories (great for little gifts).
Dresslily.com is recommended site for online shopping. Its not a scam. They have lot of offers online and also discount coupons are available if you search for them. They have even flat free shipping which is awesome. They have pretty dresses and accessories for women. Its reasonable and trendy. Shipping takes quite long if its flat free shipping it takes 10-20 business days. Overall its a good sight for online shopping.
I made two orders one took too long to ship and so I requested a refund which I have received in full. So far their customer service is ok could do with a bit of improvement. Based on the information on the site my packaged should arrive between the 10/30/14 - 11/04/14. I am still waiting to see what happens.

Th best thing, apart from the affordable prices and quality of product, is the customer service.

I order a coat that looked great in the picture size small for $50 that Im sorry is not that cheap and I could easily find something for that prince at the mall but I bought it online because it's really hard to shop at the mall with a toddler in tote.
Anyways, the coat took forever to get to my house and when it finally arrived as soon as I took it out of the bag I could tell it was very bad quality material but I tried it out anyways. Surprise, surprise! Their small size is more of a xxs! And I could barely close it and could definetely not lift my arms up. When I contacted them about a return or exchange they told me they wouldn't exchange it because it was my fault, or I would have to send it back and get refunded 80% of my money because now the coat is considered second hand (excuse me? I just tried it on! It's the biggest BS I've ever heard!
However they offered me a store credit for the "compensation" that I naively thought it was for the same amount I spent and when I went redeem it I saw they actually gave me a 6% coupon... :/ so now I'm stuck with a cheap $#*! $50 coat that wont fit me... Stay away from this website! I don't know how business is done in China, but that's absolutely not how it's done in America. If you want to sell over here get your $#*! together and stop scamming people!

COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED!
I chose to expedited shipping and waited the max time for delivery of 11 days. My ordered did not arrive until the 14th day. I asked for a refund on the shipping and will keep the item purchase even though I no longer needed it. My concerns were completely ignored, and when finally address, I was offered a compensation of a 6% discount of a future order. How absurd and offensive.

The size was totally off. My XS size was a XXL fit, but it says XS on the packaging.

Where do I even begin. If you don't want to read any of this, here's the takeaway - DON'T SHOP AT DRESSLILY. IT'S NOT WORTH IT IN THE SLIGHTEST.
1) I finally got the last of my Dress Lilly items, 2-5 weeks later. My order was spread out into 3 sporadic shipments.
2) Every single item I got - worst quality. Cheapest material - thin, falling apart, some items were so clearly knockoffs or not at ALL the item in the picture.
3) One of the items I ordered never showed up.* It will now show up sometime next week, aka 5 weeks after I ordered it.
4) HUGE EMPHASIS on #2. The clothing is terrible. It is NOT the same as any of the pictures. It's like a small child was handed scissors and a needle. I have a very serious suspicion that DressLily owns some factory in China that attempts to recreate other vendors designs and items... and they don't do it successfully.
5) I have just reached out to DressLily, so I have no idea how they plan to handle this situation. Until I hear from them, I'll refrain from judging their service or return policy.*
*I heard back. They essentially said - deal with it. Nobody gets refunds because a refund involves paying for shipping... to China. I bought 11 items and I would still LOSE money trying to return them all. They said, I hope I keep my items because they are what "I ordered." No I did not order 11 pieces of ragged, shapeless cloth, but okay. My loss is your gain. Don't shop here.

As far as the processing goes, remember: if you choose flat rate for Free Shipping the items ship from China and if you are in another country, as I am in the USA, delivery takes Some Time. The packages have to go through Customs and then to various hubs as they make their way to you via available delivery services ie in the USA - postal service, UPS, FedEx, DHL... in other words, IF the items are in stock expect at Least 18 working days to receive your package
