If I could give no stars, I would. JUST DON'T! This site is awful and returns are impossible. Take FOREVER to receive and the material sucks, they are unreasonable with getting in contact with, and make you send PICTURES to prove what's wrong! This is a Chinese scam, I AM TELLING THE WORLD! I am beyond frustrated! AND the dress was missing buttons, stained, and see-through! Good heavens! And for all those stars we have to fill out, they would honestly all be in the negatives if I could! Absolutely poor service and unreasonable returns (after weeks of bantering they said they would take the dress back, although they didn't see the problem, IF I paid the return shipping to China, yea right! That's more than the dress even cost!). Value is the most accurate, because you get exactly what you pay for! A cheap, thin material-ed dress, and the pictures on the site are of the designer-quality they take from other sites and mags. Shipping took a LIFETIME and as previously ranted, the quality SUCKS.
Ordered a pair of shoes, chose the free shipping. Then I didn't hear from them for a few months, and I looked up their rep, and turns out Lots of people have that issue. They waited months and months to receive their items. So I emailed them, asking where they might be, and the person told me they were out of stock. How about you let me know this oh maybe when I order the things, instead of making me wait a few months before I have to go out looking for this information?!

Ordered 4 dresses. One never ever arrived and they offered no refund.
Two of the remaining three dress were horribly stitched. Poorly quality and poorly constructed. Just material slapped together. I have pictures to show you if you would like to inbox me. Looks like it was sewn by a 5 year old. Totally defective.
They requested that I send the dresses back at my expense! Cost more to send it back than it cost for the dresses.

It was a mistakes items didn't reach after 2 months shipment was returned as the given address doesn't have pox i thought i will receive a call at least to pick the shipment. I change the address with a pox number email them on spot asking for shipment to the new address even offer to pay for the shippment instead again send to the first address that doesn't have pox and refund me for the items that out of stock 28 dollar out of 157 on complain many times asking for full refund they said it was free shipping no tracking. Go to your local mail office and look for the shipment the local office conferring returning of the shipment for the second time i asked to contact supervisor they closed the case telling me not to replay any more and just rate our services! What a scam Paypal didn't help as the order more than on e month. I payed for nothing and i have to knock my head on the wall. What a services

This peice of *+@- doesn't deserve ANY stars. They own multiple sites (clothing, electronics) selling for very cheap and are just scamming people to get money. I placed an oder on one of these sites and thank goodness that after I saw that my order was still processing after being paid for several weeks, I decided to research them. You are very lucky to receive ANY of what you've ordered and if you do it's total crap! Thank goodness I have a decent bank for I will be getting a refund. Also a thanks to PayPal for helping get my money back too. I feel horrible for those who have spent an abundance of money because most won't ever see it again. Also, don't bother with customer service because I couldn't get ahold of anyone at all. They want you to leave a message on their help line, what kind of site does that!?!? If you see a transaction go through to DAVISMICRO's PayPal account at Globalgrow, IMMEDIATELY call your bank or PayPal to refund your money. These people don't deserve a sent for what they're doing.

I love this site! Only thing is I wish it came sooner flat rate shipping.
I ordered a dress and two pairs of winter thickened tights from this site. The products were exactly as pictured! As this is an Asian site you should definitely check out the measurements they offer to figure out your size. The items I received were true to size and of good quality! Shipping is a little slow but the items are coming from asia and shipped for free! I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this site!
I've got my stuffed on time, even send them to my relatives across the miles, they recieved it.
I ordered a coat on Oct. 17. It arrived today Nov. 22. Took waaaaaay too long to get here. I wear a medium so I ordered a large coat to accommodate other clothes I may wear with it, and when it got here I couldn't put it on! It fit like a small or even extra small. I am very disappointed. I'm in upstate Pennsylvania and its freezing here now, most of my local stores have very little left in the way of decent looking coats. The one I have is a few years old. I hadn't bought a new one in my area because I knew this other coat was coming. Now I have no coat. Very disappointed and angry. I will be returning this coat and never ordering from Dresslily again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.

If there was an option to put no stars - I would put that. I FINALLY received my Coat on Nov. 21 that ordered on Oct. 1st. I was never told there would be a shipping delay until I contacted the support center almost a month after I placed the order, at which time they told me it was currently out of stock. However upon reading that I checked the website and it did not state that information and anyone could still order the item and would have no idea that there would be a delay. If an Item is currently out of stock, the website should disclose that information to it's buyers. I am very disappointed in the DressLily.com website. Upon receiving my coat today, I opened it and one of the buttons had fallen off into my hand and the two others are hanging by only a couple of threads, Which means I now have to sew all the buttons before I can even wear the coat that I had to wait almost 2 month for. I will NOT be buy from the DressLily.com website again, as the service and quality of items are horrible. The last response I received from the service center was very short and avoided all of my questions and concerns. That is not how you handle a situation like this. It's just rude, and highly unprofessional. I'm really sad about this whole experience as I have found many things that I would have purchased on the site. :o( Funny thing is they are very QUIICK to charge your credit card for items that you have to wait months for. Don't. I ordered a bunch of things months ago, in march, about 170 euro worth. After waiting over a month, i sent them a msg, got replies that my order was only just being processed :) after one month and they were gonna ship it in one week... I don't even know how long i waited after that, but when i did get it, it wasn't everything I had ordered, only half of it. I sent them a msg again, they said the rest of the items weren't on stock anymore, and asked me if I wanted my money back or choose other products, I asked for my money back. Never got it. End of story.
