This is bull. I would like someone to call me back and answer my questions. I submitted a ticket and they just tell me that my package will be here soon. You guys are so quick to take money out but not let anyone know where out package is. I ordered my stuff 3 weeks ago and I would like to know where its at. I will never order from here again. Your service sucks.

However, as customer selected Flat Rate Shipping which is unregistered mail, the standard delivery time will be around 15-25 business days after dispatch if there are no delays.
So its just been 14 days after the customer placed the order and 13 days after the shipment, the customer should kindly wait for some days, as it is still in time schedule.
While the transport times are only for reference. The specific time also be affected due to public holiday, bad weather or other reasons.
