I wish I could give ZERO stars! The sizing is a joke on this site! Want to return an item? Forget about it! But glad I had a way out of that too. Back your payment with a credit card or use paypal to pay for your order should you dare to order from these folks. I'll be returning my item for a FULL refund including return shipping through my backed source of payment. They won't like it cause they have tried to deny it thru the return process they offer. I'll NEVER shop there again and in fact will tell everyone I know NOT to either. I thought I was shopping ZULILLY but I'm sure that's what they wanted when they came up with DRESSlilly.

I order a coat for my niece for Chrsitmas. I placed the Order November 22nd, and it is still not here. I tried to track the order and it gives me nothing other than shipped. I have ordered 5 items from the website. I've ordered earrings and two shirts and they all arrived withing two weeks after I ordered them. I was excited to order more items from this site seeing that I was getting my things in a timely matter. So I decided to order a coat and a necklace, it has been two weeks and this order is still being processed. I sent a ticket in this morning so hopefully I get a response. I'm a bit disappointed because I was getting everything on time up until I ordered a coat. In spite of the reviews I read online, I decided to try them anyway. They were doing fine up until I ordered this coat. Hopefully I at least get a response. I tried calling the US customer service and of course it goes straight to vm.

I ordered a coat from DressLily Nov 11th 2014 it is now Dec 6th 2014 I still haven't revised my shipment that they said would take 4-5 business days yeah right. When I tried calling them it went straight to voice mail WTF what legit company has phones that go straight to voice mail? Sounds more then a little fishy to me! When I did finely get a hold of them thru my Facebook mail they told me how sorry they were that I was unhappy and for my inconvenience, and told me that they would get my coat back in stock Dec 15 and then would send it out to me, yet when I ordered the coat it was in stock. I asked them how long that would take they said 10 to 20 days. That is absolutely ridicules 2 months to be waiting its snowing here... By the time I get the coat I ordered I wont even need it!

Am I the only one who has noticed that the 4 & 5 star reviews are coming from people whose only reviews have been for DressLily? Sounds fishy to me. This place, and others like it, are complete ripoffs. Regardless of where they ship from, they are all made in China which is notorious for "hiring" (if you want to call it that, it's more like enslaving) children and then not paying them or even abusing them. I wouldn't buy anything from them again if I had a gun to my head. JollyChic, DressLily, YesStyle, they are all the same. Cheap for cheap. If it looks to good to be true, it is. It may cost more, but keep your business in the U.S. At the end of the day, you get higher quality and a clear conscience.

Very disappointed with this company. The delivery time is very slow and although opting to pay for the tracking of the delivery the only information given was 'item shipped'. The blazer I ordered in what should have been a size UK10 actually fitted like a UK14-16. In addition to this the dress I ordered was of such poor quality and was so thin you could see my underwear through it.
Even though there were numerous emails back n forth between myself and the support team THEY concluded that I was within my right to return, however it would cost me more in postage than the cost of the items so wasn't worth returning.
Very unhappy customer and definitely advise all to steer clear of this company.

Awful. What a headache of an experience with DressLily. I would never ever consider ordering from this company again, and I urge you all not to as well. They sent me false information several times, they were responding to my emails/ticket- but they would only apologize and never answer my questions, their customer service was a pain to communicate with because English is not their first language, and it seemed like they were sending me automated emails, it took them 3 weeks just to SHIP part of my order- and they never explained why or gave me an option to just cancel those items once I asked about them (they did not even ship them out until I emailed and asked why I never received a shipping confirmation email), and it took double the amount of time they said it would for the first part of my order to arrive, and triple for the second part to arrive. 6 of my items were jewelry, and the quality for the price on those seems fair so far. The other 2 items were clothing pieces which were poorly made, terrible cheap fabric, one of them had a stain on the sleeve when I took it out of the packaging, and they both have extremely odd fittings. I was convinced the entire time I was waiting for these items, and while communicating with their customer service that they were undoubtedly scamming me- because everything seemed so fishy and it was taking so long. I am actually very surprised that my items arrived. I would have just sent them back right away because I was so frustrated with them- but I knew it would probably just end up being an even larger headache having to deal with shipping it back and having them process my refund. It's just a lesson learned. If I would have done my research on this company before ordering, there is no way I would have ordered from them.

Literally NO ONE should shop here. I ordered a sweatshirt and I received it THREE WEEKS later than the original two week delivery date. So it took FIVE WEEKS to get here. Once I teared it out of the crappy plastic bag it shipped in, it literally had strings hanging off, stitching hanging off, the fabric was not entirely stitched together AND it was the wrong size. I immediately contacted their customer service and they have been running me around in circles for two weeks now and even though I sent them pictures as proof of the crap they sent me, they said the only refunds or returns they can do is giving me 8 DOLLARS back. I spent fricking 40 on this piece of crap and they said they would give me 8. Sorry, not happening. I'm giving this waste of money to Goodwill and will never purchase from their ripoff site again. Just a fair warning for anyone thinking this site is a "great deal for cute stuff" or a "great idea for christmas/birthday presents".

I am not satisfied with the merchandise it is very cheap looking material, the sizes were very much off and on the coats I bought after 9 weeks of waiting 2 of 3 coats have arrived and both of the coats the arms are made to short for anyone but a child to wear. I am very disappointed with the products and the shipping time, also I ordered 3 hats and 1 stretch pants on all of those items they sent me a different color than i expected so if the coats did match we would have mismatched hat, ear muffs, and the stretch pants were labeled black and grey they came in black and tan. Very disappointed i will not shop at dresslily again... I am also waiting one one more item from this company. I will write a review on that product so hopefully its what I ordered.

Very flimsy material and the sizing is really off. I wear an XL but bought a 2XL to be safe as it is a coat. My size 10 daughter in law couldn't fit into it either. The DressLilly site states that it only refunds due to defective or damaged merchandise.

Please do NOT order from this site. I ordered a coat that looked like a real coat in the pictures. I typically wear a size medium so I ordered a Large just to be safe. The coat came and it looked like something out of a kids catalog! I swear it was an extra small or something. Then it was damn near impossible to return it. I got in contact with them and they kept telling me how I would be inconvenienced if I sent it back. Then it took 3 emails for them to finally send return instructions and now they said they will reimburse me 10% and I could keep the coat (please tell me what 10% of 35 is? Exactly!). Wow! I'm glad it was only $35 and not $150...

I ordered two coats one was too small but once I read the size chart the next coat fit fine so as long as I have the size chart I would order from dresslily because their coats kept me warm it took awhile to get it but it came out fine
