Buying from this company is a crap shoot. It appears that about one out of every three customers get what they ordered and are some what satisfied; the rest of us are left scrambling to find something to wear to our big event.
When the dress finally arrived, it looked nothing like the dress online. Using their measurements, I ordered the dress a bit too large - it was so small I could not zip it up. Also, the fit was just strange,
I admit I did not read the fine print in their return policy if I had I never would have ordered. They only refund 80% of the price, you have to pay not only the return postage but you must also reimburse them for the "free" dress delivery. My advice is don't deal with this company unless you enjoy a good game of chane.
I messaged Dressafford last minute to try to order this. The team accommodated my urgency without question. I paid for rush and the package arrived in 14 days just in time for me to pack it up with the rest of the stuff for my wedding. I presented the robe to my bride (now wife :) ) and she was enamoured by it. It fit her perfectly and she wore it right up until she put her dress on. I really can't say enough good things about this business! They really know how to treat their customers. The shipping was unbelievably fast; not to mention when there was a miscommunication they fixed it immediately, no questions asked, and at no cost to the customer! The dress is absolutely beautiful and great quality as well! I can't wait for our photo session and post a pic! I will definitely be back if I need anymore dresses! I just love businesses that know how to do business the RIGHT way!
What an awful dress! Shoddy workmanship, cheap fabric, and a bustline so ridiculously made that even a professional seamstress I took it to was baffled by it! Since she attempted unsuccessfully to alter it, I can't return it, but you can be certain I will never, ever order from DressAfford again!

I have tried to communicate with this company about the product I paid for which was not delivered. They have denied me any solution and would not even offer a replacement. This company is based out of China and they are not trust worthy. Their website does not indicate this is a company based in China. Please be aware I have had to escalate this problem to PayPal because they are unwilling to provide a refund. I also added a picture of this claim as well as a picture of the paid product which has China symbols as the company (proof that it is not an American company) Don't buy from this company. They are a scam.

I received my dress and it looks nothing like the dress in the picture that they advertise. Wrong colors, cheap material, bulky and poorly made. This dress looks like a $20 flower girl dress from Fashion Bug. If they are not capable of making the quality dress that they are advertising for you to purchase then they need to state that on the website or before you make your purchase. They are in fact providing false advertisement. For this reason alone I am in the full right for a full refund on the receipt of my return of this dress. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction either. For these reasons I do believe that this website is a scam and everybody needs to be aware before choosing to place an order with Dressafford.

I was worried ordering online but I did send in my measurements and in 5 weeks my dress came and fits perfect in every way. Quality material, heavier than expected and just as pictured. I am very happy!
Ordered the white ruffled maxi dress for my backyard wedding this past weekend. It shipped in no time and fit me perfectly! Everyone LOVED it and I' ve gotten countless inquiries on where I got it from! I loved it so much I plan to wear is again for my maternity shoot!
They do not give full refunds! They are not considerate about customers!
I wish I found these reviews sooner and they are listed on other websites. Its pretty strange how you can't post a review on their actual website or call them! I would have never purchased from here and not deal with this loss. Its bad enough the cost of living is hard.

This dress... is simply breathtaking. I am so in love. It's so scary to buy a wedding dress online but this whole thing just blew away my expectations. Seller was extremely friendly and since this was a sample dress and something I didn't custom order, she even said I could have a 14 day return policy - which I certainly didn't need but it was so much appreciated nonetheless. I went to have the straps taken in a bit the other day and to add a bustle and my seamstress was in awe. She said, "This dress could not fit you better if it was custom made for you - you are so lucky!" Well, I feel SO lucky and cannot wait to wear this dress in 32 short days to marry my best friend. I really can't find the right words to describe the quality of this skirt. It fits like a glove and the manufacture is perfect! I think it's more beautiful than a high fashion skirt, as it was handmade just for me with love. After going through the stressful and unsuccessful process of visiting several bridal boutiques in two different cities, I decided to try ordering the dress online with my own measurements; this saved me money, time and worries. I know I won't be able to get the dress displayed online. I was extremely skeptical about the whole process (payment method, shipping company, waiting time, etc.); however, the support team was extremely helpful and understanding. The adjustments they made to the design were exactly as I had requested them. They managed to make the dress in less than three weeks and it was delivered on time. I hate to say I do not like the dress to be piled in a plastic bag but ecerything is fine when I opened it. The dress works and what more can I expect. :)
I saved my money up to buy the perfect dress and thought I had found a miracle when I stumbled across Dress Afford- but my dress showed up in a different style than what I had ordered and theye refused when I offered an easy fix of sending the dress back to fix the simple problems. Now I'm out $150 and looking desperately for a dress at the last second! Like others have said- this is a scam! I think the only good reviews are ones the employees wrote!

Received my dress last week. It's beautiful; meticulous craftsmanship and luxurious materials. It was a touch on the big side, especially in length, but I've found someone to take it up and take it in for a reasonable price. My tip would be to send your measurements exactly as they are. Despite the slight miscommunication, working with the seller was excellent. And I can't wait to wear the dress when I get married in April.
I actually ordered this dress in a burgundy color and I love it! I ordered just one to have my bridesmaids see if it is something they will like. The fabric is very high quality! I ordered the "exquisite Bateau Short Sleeve High-low Wedding Dress With Tiers And Draping." As the standard sizes were not at all a match for me, I provided customized measurements. I was contacted by the tailoring department with additional information to confirm the measurements I provided, and I did have to submit a few modified measurements. When the dress arrived it was tailored perfectly. It is much fuller than I expected, having 14 total layers of material! All I had to do was add a bustle and a bit of ribbon for a pop of color. I couldn't be more pleased.
The dress was constructed ok, but it required extensive alterations to make it fit my body properly. I did provide my measurements and I was aware alterations would be necessary. Alteration fee was more expensive than expected because I also asked the tailor add more sparklings onto the dress. I have to spent almost double price but my wedding is in a week so I don't really have any other options at this point.
