They sent a pink dress instead of the blue I ordered and it was several inches longer than ordered. They are very responsive until you receive your item. Once I saw it was wrong I have reached out every day because you have 30 days to return it and now they won't respond back. You are supposed to have approval before sending it back to get your $ back but conveniently they don't respond.
Paid $240ish canadian on a lace wedding dress. The straps looked like they would break at any moment, the material felt like plastic and I could barely move in the dress. The refund process is sketchy and also expensive compared to the cost of the dress.
Look on facebook marketplace if you're on a budget, these dresses get sent to you from china and are not the same quality thats in the photos on their website.

Got many compliments on my dress. Felt so confidence all night long. Had to get some alterations done. The bust area and the split had too much fabric, making it hard to see the split, but overall it was beautiful. Plus, the customer support was very responsive.
I placed an order on 3/12/2023 with an estimated arrival date of 4/5/2023. As of today, 4/3/2023 when I check the status it still says not shipped. I have emailed customer service, but have heard nothing back. I need this dress by May and am afraid with the distance I may not have it in time. I don't know how to get details on my order?
Bought a dress and it was well-made, with the right amount of sequins for shine but not tacky, and it fitted well. Shipping took much longer than had expected, and they used a FedEx bag instead of a box. But I had to admit that it is a beautiful gown for an amazing price.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The dress I ordered was fitted with a bateau neckline, 3/4 length sleeve and a sash. What I got was a dress with a gathered waistline and NO SASH - completely hideous and unflattering. To return it overseas would cost 1/2 of the dress amount and months before a refund would be issued. I had no idea the company was based in China.

Now that I spent my money on the order I won't receive in time for my wedding, I don't have enough money or time to get another option. As a photographer, I usually buy dress for my clients online. The one I ordered has a lace-up back for a good fit for different sizes. The quality is better than I thought. And it has pockets! Great for wearing at events. Highly recommended.

When I ordered this dress, I specified that I need a midi, what I got was above the knee. I've reached out but They've made no attempt to make this right. Now I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear and I'm out all that money.
Total scam. Don't buy. The dress looked cheap and smelled of chemicals. The apliques on the dress were glued on, not sowed on. My dress was also badly designed. I submitted my measurements yet the zipper hole was way too small for me to even try on the dress. I ended up calling Chase and reporting them as fraud.
I loved my dress. I wanted something with modest sleeves and found it here. No one believed it was from an unknown site/brand. The lace-up back was nice because it made the fit more flexible. I also got my veil and headpieces from this site to complete my wedding look.
For my last-minute wedding dress shopping, it was not bad at all! The wedding photos were taken pre-alteration cause I had no time for it. After the alteraton, my family thought I spent hundreds or even thousands on this dress! Lol.
Dressafford is a total scam. I ordered my dress online and it looks nothing like the advertised photo. The materials were cheaper, it was heavier and bulkier, and it basically looked like a different dress. When you try to return it, they make you pay for their shipping fee, your shipping fee (and you have to ship it to China), and I paid $53 to ship it back... on top of that, they only refund 80%. This is terrible customer service and a scam in my book.
I'm super disappointed because I waited almost 3 weeks for mine, and now, I have to scramble and find something else, plus go through all the hassle of returning, and losing money on this.
Do not buy from there!

This dress was absolutely FABULOUS! Before it came, I was a little hesitant, but the Dressafford customer service put my mind at ease. It arrived way earlier than expected too (which was great!). The fabric is quality, and the fit tailored just for me. I purchased a custom size, and all measurements were exactly accurate to what was specified. I literally could not have been happier with this dress for my elopement wedding. I love the hi-low cut on the hem and the beautiful illusion lace detail - it fit like a dream and was beautiful on. It was the perfect style for my body shape. Like any wedding dress, I did need to take it to my tailor before the big day for very minor alterations, IE; taking the waist in, etc. But I was expecting this, as I would with any wedding dress. Would definitely purchase from this site again, for me it truly was quality for a great price. (For reference, I purchased the "Country Informal Knee-Length Short Sleeve Wedding Dress With Illusion Lace Details").
