I was nervous purchasing without seeing the product first, but Estella was great responding back and forth to achieve the right color. I do wish the tulle was softer, but maybe with another layer it would be fine. Considering the price compared to other tulle skirts, I would definitely recommend. The fit of the skirts to what we ordered were perfect!

I cannot express how wonderful my experience was with this shop. Turnaround was extremely quick and the dresses are of such a high quality they can't be compared. The fabric is so soft and dreamy and photographs beautifully. We had a small sizing issue and Helen didn't hesitate to correct the issue, she was wonderful. I ordered a bridesmaid dress on this website and the dress came in a timely manner. But the dress was 2 sizes too small. I'm a size 4. The material was incredibly cheap. The cost was $108.09. I would never purchase a dress of this material for $100. I would spend $20 on a dress like this. I tried to return the dress and the policy that was sent said they have to take 20% off for shipping. I would have to spend $65 just to send it back to China. The suggestion was to sell it on eBay or craigslist if I chose not to return it or donate it. Total rip off. I still need a dress for the wedding. Scam!

I absolutely love this dress. I was nervous about ordering without trying it on, but the reviews were glowing so I gave it a shot. My wedding is August 11th, and I ordered this dress in May. It came 10 days after it shipped- which is amazing. Just as I worried about, the dress didn't zip up and was a little too small. I contacted Olivia right away and she assured me she would remake the dress and send it asap- and that we'd discuss returning the one I had once the new one reached me and I confirmed it fit. Ordered the second on in June and received it a week later! Not only does it fit perfectly, but I have plenty of time to adjust it if need be. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and Olivia. It can be scary not knowing if the dress pictured, will come as is- but it's way more beautiful in person! Thanks!
I received the wrong dress in the wrong fabric and they would ONLY take a return if I paid over $200 in shipping. Than they said they would accept it but never provided a return label after over a month. I do not recommend.

I ordered a dress from here for an upcoming wedding I'm going to be in. I had it custom made to fit. I ordered the color blush, which based on their color chart should have been a beige pink color. I opened the package and it was a bright PEACH color! I emailed them my concerns and all they said was I ordered blush and not blushing pink and included a color chart. I cannot return the dress because it was custom made. Do not order a dress from this place unless you order a swatch of the color or want to be disappointed. I have added a picture of the color from the color chart they sent me and the color of the dress.

I bought a wedding dress and they said shipping was not at all impacted by the virus. I was supposed to get the dress over a week ago at the latest. The representative I have talked to is rude and isn't very helpful and said supposedly it was sitting at a shipping carrier. I now have almost no time until my wedding and no dress! This place has left me depressed and frustrated! Never ever ever purchase a dress from here!

I love the dress. It's perfect in size. It is more light green than on the photo but this may be because of the specifications of my laptop ( and I love it even more actually). Thank you for the belt and a cute ring :) I'm 100% satisfied with this purchase and I can recommend it.
