I bought a dress. It did not even come close to fitting. I ordered a size 12 using their sizing chart. What arrived was more like a size 8. I could not even close the zipper. When I went to see about returning it I was told that I would have to pay a 20% handling fee plus the return shipping, plus reimburse them for the "free" shipping that came with the dress. I was told I could donate the dress to charity instead and they would give me 50% of the cost of the dress. I believe that they deliberately send the wrong size to increase their profit. I have bought many items of clothing online and the most you ever have to pay is part of the shipping, not ALL of it plus an exorbitant fee. This is a company out of China. I suspect the glowing reviews are fake.
I received this dress with my other order and had trouble sending it back as it was so beautiful. Linda made it easy with her very clear return policy and my money was refunded promptly. Thanks again!
My sister purchased a wedding dress. Didn't like it and sent it back. It's been 3 months and she still hasn't gotten a refund. Plus it cost $50 just to send it back. Iv emailed them and they won't respond.
I placed an order and within 1 hour requested it to be cancelled. No one has responded. I've sent over 5 emails now asking to confirm the cancellation and to send me a full refund. Still no one has responded.

I ordered my wedding dress from Dressafford in April 2019 and was honestly worried about purchasing online until it showed up and I tried it on. It showed up within the time they said it would although the wait killed me... lol. But it wasn't bad to wait just over a month compared to the big stores that tell you up to 6 months. The dress was exactly as pictured and fit perfectly! I will have to take the sleeves in for a more fitted look, which I have absolutely no problem with. I'd rather have the sleeves baggy and know they can be adjusted for a better fit than not be able to get my arms into them. I am very pleased and will be referring them to anyone whom I know has a wedding coming up!
Recieved dress and it's slightly different from the one displayed online though it is beautifully made. I think I am OK with that. I ordered custom size but will need to have altered taken in. Afer all I'm very pleased with my purchase and looking forward to wearing this dress at my daughters wedding
I ordered my wedding dress from them. I ordered a sage green belt option which is stitched around the waistline. The model in the picture was wearing a gold belt. I have the email confirmation from them listing the sage green belt. I contacted them twice by email abut the mistake but they have ignored me. Take your business somewhere else!

My fiancee and I were looking for a dress that would modest and affordable. Dressafford came through with flying colors. I was a little hesitant to try something online since sometimes we take a gamble. We are so pleased we chose this site.
I went with the preselected sizes I was a size 6 at the time so I ordered a size 8.
In case for whatever reason it fits a little snug the dress is made to allow to let a few inches off if you take it to the tailor in your area. I gained a few pounds from stress eating due the wedding planning in the time it took to make the dress so I had to take it to the tailor. The tailor said he could tell the professional quality in fabric and how it was made.

The dress is what I always wanted and is so beautiful. Not to say her craftsmanship is exceptional. I am very particular and she surpassed my expectations. If you want a fabulous dress this is the woman to make it. I would definitely recommend the seller and buy from her time after time.
I will be honest, I was nervous about ordering a wedding dress. Ive ordered numerous bridesmaid dresses (which have always turned out to be absolutely gorgeous) from this amazing site but ordering bridesmaid dresses inst has nerve wracking as 'the one'. My nerves were totally unfounded. This dress is STUNNING! I asked for a customization which were accommodated fully & if they couldn't do it they couldn't be more apologetic & offered alternatives.
I would definitely go for ''custom sizing''; if possible. I added a couple of inches here & there to my measurements so the dress just needs a few minor alterations (but thats through my own choice)
The dress itself is surprisingly light weight. I ordered Ivory but its more of an off white which is perfectly fine for me. The detailing on the ''; belt''; is gorgeous.
The tailoring process was super quick! And delivery was even faster.
Would definitely recommend.

I bought a dress using my exact measurements thinking it would be made to those measurements. That's NOT what they do. You'll get the closest to your size dress & they will not honor a return. I'll spend double what I paid for the dress for alterations. They need to be honest in what they're selling.

The third photo is the dress that I believed that I was ordering. First is what I received, not the same color, different sleeve length, and the gold was definitely not what I was looking for. The second, couldn't get the bottom 2 buttons done up.
I paid $247 for this and would rather wear a burlap sack rather than this dress. If you value your money and your sanity, best to steer clear!

I ordered it in July and sent it back to them because the workmanship was not good at all. Not worth the money. I tracked the package back to them and they have had it back since July 20th. When I emailed them I get a generic email back, just stating that if I want to do a return blah blah. No answers to my questions, as where, is my money? As of now, I do not recommend buying anything from them.

I gave one star only because Dressafford actually delivered a dress. It was a custom order with my exact measurements ( I even lost weight by the time it arrived) and the dress they sent was 4-5" too small in the bodice. I had a friend take pictures of me in the dress showing the back zipper was 5" apart across the back and one of me with a tape measure around my bust/back and then a picture with a tape measure across the bust of the dress. All showed it was not the correct size. Dressafford would not acknowledge their mistake and finally said I had to get a professional tailor to measure the dress. I am not going to pay more money to prove what my pictures already illustrated. Dressafford does not want to refund the cost of this dress no matter what I do. I caution anyone who is ordering from this company that you are making a one-way purchase. The cost is cheap because the material is cheap and it's 'buyer beware' when you deal with them.

I received the dress on time and I got a quick reply when I asked them when it is arriving. The fabric is nice, the sawing lines nice, compared to the money you spent on the dress. The back had a little bigger opening than on the picture but the shoulder measurements were correct and the dress fit nicely. I would recommend DressAfford to my friends!
