I usually don't write reviews but Drapberry provided me with great service and an even better product. I was in urgent need of this product - I told them after I ordered and they went ahead and Expedited the shipment without charging me anything extra. Upon arrival, the scarf was soft and warm and really much better than I expected, especially at the price. I will definitely purchase more this winter and recommend them to anyone!
So many excuses, but never deliver and no phone number to call. Retail should have a phone number for customer service. Why do I keep ordering from companies that do not have the merchandise they are selling? Why am I throwing away money on items that never arrive?
Advertise cashmere scarves reduced from $67.39 USD to $26.95 USD Sale price. The color was totally wrong, different to the picture and test shows it is 100% acrylic. The same scarves, same pictures, same label sell correctly described as "fake pashmina" on eBay for about $ 5 USD.
