So many excuses, but never deliver and no phone number to call. Retail should have a phone number for customer service. Why do I keep ordering from companies that do not have the merchandise they are selling? Why am I throwing away money on items that never arrive?
Tip for consumers:
If the item is on-sale, contact them and verify they have the products in stock. And, ask for a direct phone number to their customer service department.
