They sent the payment to the wrong company and all I get is lip service. They contacted the company to return the payment … that all they saying is the updated. While that is happening. I am getting the other company busting me for payment. The bottom line is … if you got a credit card. You do not need Doxo… plus you save on their processing fee which is high
I don't know how they got our information. We made our first payment at Toyota Heritage with a debit card and it was paid though Doxo. The dealership denies knowledge of this and if I hadn't noticed the $15 extra to our bank on a no interest loan we would still think we were paying directly to Toyota. We are still getting emails every month from them to pay our bill even though we are dealing with our bank directly. The are a scam
I paid my personal taxes through them, believing it was affiliated with Boone County. It was listed on the bill website, therefore, I concluded I had the correct website. I was charged a $28.00 fee. I was unhappy, but the consequences of waiting for the last minute to pay. Unfortunately, I received a late fee from Boone County. I called to inquire and learned that Doxo is a third party unaffiliated with the company that will mediates payment. I did not need them nor would I have divulged personal information to them. Please, buyers beware! This company charges a HIGH FEE, delivers LATE PAYMENTS, and DO NOT REFUND. I don't believe they are a legitimate, credible company. I informed them to erase my personal information. Buyers beware!

My checking account was stolen and I had to change out my bank account. Because all my bills are paid through doxo, I only had to change my account in one place rather than for every bill I was paying. It was a real life saver and so convenient.

I've had no problem with Doxo. I wish the email from Doxo had the amount of my bill on it. I have to wait to receive Garland utility bill to pay through Doxo. That is the only complaint I have. Otherwise it is easy to use.

I had an issue where I made the payment online and the payment was not received by my water company. I had to do all the foot work to prove that the payment was made and that my bank account had debited for the charge. I was not happy. In the future I will be personally be obtaining money orders and delivering the payments personally.

At first, I just let deductions come out, recently I had an overpayment for a provider I no longer use and Customer Service Rep Jenine handled my issue. She was very professional and did a follow up to make sure all the issues had been address. Thumbs UP!

I paid my toll bill thru doxo on July 28,2023 with an additional fee of $3.99 so that the total amount I paid online was $14.57. I just received mail billing from Txtag for the same bill today, August 9,2023. I called Txtag and they said that there is no payment recorded on my account. I called doxo and they said that they will be sending the check to Txtag today. That procedure is not worth the additional $3.99. I do not recommend using Doxo in paying your bills.

Been using doxo to pay bills for a while now, but writing a review because doxo just launched free pay! Meaning you don't have to pay a processing fee for your payments to your billers. You have to link your bank account, but I was doing that anyway. You can also get free identity theft protection and credit monitoring. Score!

You program is to complicate i pay all my bills on line and you guys are the worse, well everything is complicate with Home Depot even their website is just like Macy's that they are offering their products and dont let you make the payment in peace

Horrible service! Paid money for nc.quickpass. It's been over a month and money has not been delivered. In danger of having car registration canceled. Doxo completely ignored me and will not answer my request despite paying money.

I kept getting notices from Dixon to pay a medical bill. It did not give an amount or a provider. Every month I would get one and I tried to find what I owed and to whom I owed it to. When I went to, "pay bill" it was $0.00. It was not until I got a late notice and a warning to be turned over to a collection agency that I was able to figure out who I owed and how much ($5.10). Even that letter had a typo on the notice that led to a "not found" site. They printed https://paybiotel.promptd.com instead of https://*******@promptd.com. My experience with this billing service was flawed and impossible to understand how much and who I was being billed for.

First time user. Intended to pay Lowe's directly. Doxo was the first on my search results and I naively created an account believing I was signing in to Lowe's online payment system (powered by doxo). The first page indicated that payment would be posted in 3 days (my payment due date). The confirmation page indicated that doxo arbitrarily holds payment for 5 days (short term interest?) and then sends on for posting 2 days later. Tried to call them to cancel payment and account - voicemail. Aweful! Avoid!

Our bill is due on or close to the 3rd of every month. Each month DOXO sends an email saying on "X" day your bank account will be debited. And it gets earlier and earlier every month or so. Started out around the 26 or 28th, this month it was Nov 13th for Dec's due date of the 3rd.
How can people use this as a budgeting tool when they have to keep changing their budget every month or so?

Wish I could leave a 0 star review. Their website clearly states "NO Payment fees" what they fail to mention to you until after you submit a payment is that there are fees. They call them "Payment Delivery Fees". They are to cover their overhead. You are ALWAYS subject to these fees unless you sign up for the "PLUS" package which you have to make monthly payments to use... When you call, you spend literal HOURS on the phone for them to tell you "If we refunded everyone's fees we wouldn't be in business." I called on behalf of an elderly person who has recently been diagnosed with some memory issues. They stated that in this case, the misunderstanding wasn't their concern and refused to refund the customer's fees. When I pressed and asked if that meant that they never made exceptions and refunded fees, Vicki in Senior Management stated that "Yes we do sometimes return fees, but in this case we absolutely will not be doing that."

In answer to your question they charge $ 19 95, and in most cases your payment, which is drafted immediately from your account, takes a minimum of 15 days to post to your account your paying. That is if in fact they actually receive your payment and don't mail it to a different entity. PLEASE, DO NOT USE EVER!

They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
