I made a payment, to Doxo, for personal property taxes for my city. This payment not only took over 15 days to arrive it also was sent to the ABSOLUTE WRONG DEPARTMENT. It was sent to my current city's sewage/water department, which is in a totally different city. I myself had to do ALL THE LEG WORK that was involved in finding the check and getting to the correct department/city. This is a 3rd party site and even the city in question does not recommend the usage of this site. They feel it is a mimicking site. Furthermore they cannot guarantee your payment. Just because their bank is FDIC does not insure your payment will be received. DO NO USE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN THE SLIGHTEST
