I sent you 451.00 on oct 26 to pay my nv enegy bill and i had to pay it again the money never got to them

Doxo doesn't care about this. I contacted them about my business receiving checks for people we never met/took care of. They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.

How much does it cost to use your site?

Answer:

PLEASE, DO NOT USE. In answer to your question they charge $ 19 95, and in most cases your payment, which is drafted immediately from your account, takes a minimum of 15 days to post to your account your paying. That is if in fact they actually receive your payment and don't mail it to a different entity. PLEASE, DO NOT USE EVER!
