The payment to Navia Benefits Solutions wasn't done. Doxo provided with a trace number but Navia doesn't get money via electronic transfers. I lost $5 but more dramatically I lost two weeks with Doxo.

I made a payment threw doxo and the advertise that it is a free payment. They are liars it is not free. They have a fee if you make a payment. If you sign up for the monthly subscription for free payments you are paying a monthly feee. They canceled my payment and charged me 4% on the balance then would not allow me to make payments probably bc they lost the account because they are fraudulent. I called there customer service and it was a Mexican in a bathroom jerking it.

I guess that it\s very convenient to have a service which lets you to pay all the bills you're needed just browsing one website. So, I have decided to try this service in order to assure myself that it's really worth trying working weith this service. Actually, everything was okay and I successfully started to use this service as it seemed to me pretty comfortable to pay all my bills. Anyway, i woudl definetely recommend this service to all those who are annoyed of pay bills on different websites and services. It's easy to connect al your bills and it's easy to navigate here.

I've been very happy with my doxo experience. It seems much more secure to pay my bills online through this service and I can easily bring up and review copies of bill paid.
Using DOXO has been a simple step in my bill paying routine. I get timely emails and up to date information on all my bills, due dates and follow through.

The site is extremely easy to use. I also really like that you can file once completed. Very handy to be able to go and look at past statements quickly.
I only use dodo to make my Life Insurance payments it's convenient no hiccups yet next month they're not going to get no more money from me lol auto pay is the easiest and no charges!

Bill paid automatically... I stay pretty busy, so this is one less thing to worry about... Money comes out of my account... don't have to think about it!
I didn't kno this app existed until about 5 months ago and ever since I've used it to pay all my utilities and didn't have to leave work or get a ride anywhere. Really took a lot off me

They were suppose to pay my Ga Power Bill automatically. They had the Due date on my account as almost a month late on their site. Causing me to have my power Disconnected. When I tried talking to them about it they just kept sending me automatic messages to call my provider direct. Wouldnt even talk to me after THEY SCREWED UP.

Paid last month's bill 3 times because unclear if funds were transferred. Could not get help on how to get the excess transferred back to my bank. This part was a little confusing.

You pay doxo immediately electronically then it takes them weeks to electronically pay your bill and charge in excess. Many ways to set up immediate payments for way less or zero costs.

At this time, paying by your bank account (ACH) will be less expensive but will take longer to process. Paying by card will have an additional fee, but should reduce the time it takes to process your payment.

Doxo online bill pay makes it very easy and faster to pay multiple bills. Not bad pricing either, considering you would pay the same price for a money order at a bank.
I use doxo to pay my bills all in one place. It helps me stay organized and on track and makes the tedious act of paying bills much easier. I endorse wholeheartedly!

They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
