I had a medical bill which when paid was directed to the DOXO web site. I paid the bill through DOXO and later received a bill from a collection agency for the bill. I furnished the information I printed and found out DOXO had paid the wrong company, so I contested it about two months ago and just received a statement that it was rejected, so I will have to pay the bill again. I will NEVER use DOXO again and will NEVER recommend anyone use them. The order ID I entered was the account # with Medicredit collection.
I desperately needed dental care but have no dental insurance. I applied for care credit was approved and once again I've got a confident smile. Thank you Care Credit!
I was redirected to Doxo when trying to pay my Strata Network bill. I paid it and the next day my service was disconnected. We all have COVID and we need internet to work and do school. We called Strata and they have never heard of Doxo. The part that is fraudulent is that Doxo made every effort to look like they "are" strata. Their merchant account even says "Dox Strata Networks " only part of their name and the whole name of strata. Their email response to me had a strata logo on it. They never informed me that they would be paying my bill in days until after they had my money. This has really hurt my family. I do not want an apology. I want your business shut down. You are a cancer in the life of the people you use. If you can get millions of people to give you a hundred dollars then you hold it for 2-4 days you then have hundreds of millions in your account at all times to use to make even more. And you charge for this Service. The only reason that you make yourself look like these individual companies is to trick people into using you. They NEVER would use your service if you told them how you operate. We don't need you. You hurt people.

Doxo makes it very easy for me to pay my bills it's easy and fast and it's not confusing to use. They always send my payment on time and I'm never late on my payment
Doxo is super helpful when paying my bills! And when I use a Che k there is no service charge, which is awesome. They make paying my bills online super helpful!

I used their service because it came up when I googled PAY BY PLATE MA, I did not realize that they weren't affiliated with them, they charged me a fee of 3.99 that I wouldn't have paid if I used the real website and they delivered my payment late which cost me an additional $8.00. They are scamming people by having their website masked as being affiliated with Pay By Plate. I called to get this corrected and was left on hold for 15 minutes only to be told they are not responsible for late fees even though they guaranteed my payment would be posted by September 6th, it was September 12th which was 2 and a half weeks after I completed the payment on their website.

I do not recommend using this service if you want it coming out of your account at a given time. No coordination with provider for balances on accounts.

I made a payment, to Doxo, for personal property taxes for my city. This payment not only took over 15 days to arrive it also was sent to the ABSOLUTE WRONG DEPARTMENT. It was sent to my current city's sewage/water department, which is in a totally different city. I myself had to do ALL THE LEG WORK that was involved in finding the check and getting to the correct department/city. This is a 3rd party site and even the city in question does not recommend the usage of this site. They feel it is a mimicking site. Furthermore they cannot guarantee your payment. Just because their bank is FDIC does not insure your payment will be received. DO NO USE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN THE SLIGHTEST

I paid my car note through DOXO. Then a week later the finance company my car is through called for a payment. I was so confused and asked them were they sure about not receiving the payment. They were sure and so sure they told me they did not participate with DOXO with getting payments. (I cried and was scared) I thought were did this payment go. The finance company at first did not want to help me, it was my job to figure it out. They wanted a payment. I got in touch with an representative from DOXO his name is Jacob(God sent to me and more ways they he could ever imagine) He listened and he cared to help me. Jacob even asked if I wanted to 3 way call the finance company(and we did the following day). Jacob found the problem immediately, I had typed the wrong account number by one digit. Jacob is awesome and a wonderful people person. He iwas calm about making sure I was okay and reassuring me he was going to help me take care of the issue.(and he did). Jacob will always be a blessing to me and my family. Keep being the blessed person you are and allowing your light to shine and brighten up others day.

I like the bill pay reminders. The doxoPLUS subscription is useful because I can check my credit score and i don't worry about overdraft fees anymore, very nice

They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
