This is an easy site to use. I utilize it to pay my gas bill. Payment is made quickly and promptly. Once you submit your payment, you given a timeline of what is going to happen with your payment.
I used payment thru DOXO to make a payment to National Grid - prir to to, this transaction I've paid by check by snail mail. With in a few minutes, I redeived confirmatiom, which reflected an accurate report, on time in an effective method.

This is a 3rd party, collecting money, to collect your money... never again. Charging someone to pay a bill is a new low in greed. I'll never deal with a company again that is affiliated with Doxo.

No issues with it really, payments always go through dont oikw the extra credit card charge costs pretty stupid... forcing to join jobsitter when dont want to thats really stupid.
On October 8,2019, I went online to pay a Georgia speeding ticket. I typed in the website to pay the ticket online. I was redirected to DOXO. I authorized my visa to pay the ticket and fee.
Doxo never sent the payment to the Georgia DMV, consequently, the ticket was not paid, I
Missed the November 2019 court date and received a notice via mail that I may have my
License suspended due to the ticket not being paid. On December 12,2019 I called the
Georgia DMV and paid the ticket right away. I also called the DOXO customer service center and was told that my credit card would be credited. My credit card was not credited as of December 17,2019. After
Several email attempts, the customer service representative informed me they couldn't
Reimburse my visa and a check will be placed in the mail December 17. They stated their
Timeframe is 7-10 business days after the check was requested. It has been 11 business days
And no check. I had to call everyday until last Friday, when I finally received the check in the mail.
Stay away if you want your bills to be paid ontime. Very unprofessional!

This is an extremely easy way to make automatic payments with no hassle. It goes on my charge so I don't have to worry about the bill not being paid.
Very pleasant way to pay your bills online fast convenient. Will defiantly use every time i pay my bill and their service is available.
First time took a little "get used to it", but once it set up, it's worry free.
Wish it doesn't charge (high) processing fee.

They said we have no right over our business listing and that it is our responsibility to verify that every payment from them is from a legitimate source. Your payment probably was sent someone else. Based on their attitude, I would caution against using this service.
