The positive reviews on this site are fake. Dorris Wedding is terrible they lie. I ordered a custom size dress. The dress that arrived was terrible quality and 3 sizes to small. I had it measured by a proper taylor. They asked me to send photos of the dress which i did they then sent me photos of another dress pretending it is the one they sent me. Please please do not spend your money with this company.

I've been sewing my whole life, so when I saw the price on this dress I assumed it was too good to be true. Buy, I love a bargain and wanted extra booze at my wedding, so I decided to gamble on this dress. I took my own measurements as they describe in their picture diagram, and asked about customization. They obliged at no additional charge (I opted for a blush dress with champagne lace), and I anxiously awaited my package. Not even 2 weeks later, the package arrived and I pulled out this dress. Not only was it beautiful, but it fit - like a glove. I put it on and it was love; it's the only dress I put on! The detail in the lace is beautiful, the dress feels sturdy but airy, and I had no problem busting a move or using the bathroom in it. Thank you! Thank you!

I ordered my dress several months before my wedding and contacted the seller prior to purchasing the dress to make sure it did not have a train. Which they verified via e-mail. I received the dress in a timely manner but the dress indeed had a train. Furthermore, the color was wrong, the beads were falling off and the zipper was broken. I immediately messaged the company with my concerns and they replied by saying there is nothing they can do because the dress is a special order! Terrible customer service. Trust me! Do not order from the website! Terrible just terrible! I get not returning special orders but fix your mistakes!
The dress is absolutely lovely! Arrive in 20 days. It was a little bit to big but it was easy to fix that!
Bought for $165 and received in a timely manner. Great expensive quality! The only down fall is the gems are fragile looking and 1 even fell off. Small, dainty, bling everywhere on dress. The bottom edge has no bling, just a flower pattern. Appliques stick out and they cover the dress. Small train. I wear a size 6 so that's what I ordered and it fits perfect. I'm small chested so that needs to be taken in or something done too it. Too long but I didn't want it customized. There's a thicker slip underneath. Under the arms rub me so I need to do something with that. I'm definitely keeping this. The only thing that I would change is maybe to get a different belt with more bling and less flowery bling. I would consider this an a-line style.
I placed my order with clear specifications that if the dress i ordered(not a wedding dress) could not be completed in the advertised time frame, then cancel my order. Im getting the run around from different CSRs responding wanting me to pay a rush fee. Now they are saying they started the taiiloring process, so they can keep a percentage of my money.

I'm dumb for not doing more research before ordering, but maybe I can help someone else avoid my mistake.
-Dress was not as pictured. Different color; ugly, stiff lace.
-Customer service said I should should just donate it, or return it for a fraction of the original cost.
-I sent it back for $35 in shipping.
-Five months later it came back to me after a visit to China.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I was hesitant to order a wedding dress online but decided to go ahead & do it- so happy I did! My dress is exactly like the picture- color, fabric, details, everything. The quality of the dress is amazing- it's just beautiful. I did not do the custom sizing- I just ordered a size bigger than the measurements online & decided to have it altered if needed. The only thing needed is to have it taken in a bit around the bust area. I also ordered a hair pin & it's also beautiful & great quality. If you're hesitant to order online through Dorris Wedding, don't be. Just know your size & what you want in a dress & you won't be disappointed. I'm not!
