I placed my order with clear specifications that if the dress i ordered(not a wedding dress) could not be completed in the advertised time frame, then cancel my order. Im getting the run around from different CSRs responding wanting me to pay a rush fee. Now they are saying they started the taiiloring process, so they can keep a percentage of my money.
