Hi everyone from experience you need to call your bank and cancel your card straight away so that they can no longer take money out that they are not authorised to do. I have also been scammed to this dodgy site i notified a place that deals with scaming companys and they have advised that we all need to report the issues that this company have caused. I had so much trouble not being able to get through to anyone on the line of this company so i sent them an email about them being under investigation and boom they answered straight away saying my money will be refunded funny that. These people need to be reported dont listen to a word they say and take action against these people so they can stop what they are doing. The people from internal affairs on scams was really helpful on what to do and what they will do. If this company was not a scam then why are they charging your account if you didnt authorise for them to. Internal affairs and your bank will be the ones to make sure your membership will be cancelled straight away and properly as donnaplay obviously dont. Hope this helps everyone if they have taken more then notify your bank and they will make sure you get back everything that they have taken from you as thats what they are doing for me. I have search on the Internet for books about a phosphorus chemistry. Any title of a search book I have written on google directed me the donnaply.com, inviting to register and read for free. Moreover, their website was showing that even you may download a book. Prior to registration I contacted representatives of the company by telephone. I was informed that I may read any book for free up to 5 days. I talked with four representatives ad nobody told me that I will be charged. Contrary, I was ensured that the registration is for free. So, I have registered. As soon as I have registered, I realized that they do not have any of the books that I was searching for, even previously their website indicated that all the books were available through the donna. Play website.
Therefore, I have again contacted the representatives, by phone, demanding the cancelation of my FREE registration. Yes, the registration was canceled instantly, but I was charged one dollar. So as you see, I was charged even I have register for a free access up to 5 days. It is the 100% lie and a scam and misleading to take one dollar.
Do not try to register donna. Play they will cheat you in other ways. Stay away from them.
Find a reliable website. I rate this company zero star

I was disappointed to find that a book implied to be accessible from the Google search engine was not to be found on the website. Access to it is the only reason I signed up for the trial. THIS MORNING: 8/29/16, - Website donnaplay.com advertises FREE CONTENT, then once in, they promise 5 days trial. Once in, they did not have the content they showed me they had before I signed up. I cancelled immediately. Had to go through a song and dance to get it done. Then 24 hours later they send another e-mail new terms much cheaper. They have a "continue" button when clicked nothing happens. It does state, if the continue button does not work put this link into your browser. I did. Turns out that by clicking on the link it is an automatic re-buy, but this time they immediately charged me $9.99. I spoke to a rep/agent, who kept saying the same thing I owe 10 dollars, I told them not to touch my account. They kept to the script. Finally they said I would be refunded the money but it could take 21 days. I am not a happy camper, and after reading the complaints here I now have to worry about them charging my account ad nauseum.
UPDATE: SAME DAY. AFTERNOON.
Received a call from my bank, telling me that they froze my card, as there appeared to be a suspicious activity. They informed me that DonnaPlay not only tried to charge the full fee for the earlier charge this morning, BUT THEY HAD ALSO ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE MY CARD THE DAY BEFORE, ALTHOUGH THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT, SINCE IT WAS FREE FOR FIVE DAYS.
