I was charged not once, but 4 TIMES for $1.01 and I didn't even use my free 5 day memebership because it was false advertisement. I DEMAND A REFUND OR I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB. I literally made the account and cancelled it within 2 minutes. Reference number: 083-*******374.

Taking my money

Please Send Me back My Refund - When I signed up you said no secret charges. NO CHARGES PERIOD. So WTF am I seeing a deduction from my card I don't care how little or how big the amount. After I contact DonnaPlay by e-mail for the overcharge for my account at 7/28.
I got their response about the Refund for the overcharge at the same day.
And they even contacted me at siteJabber on the morning of 7/29.
My credit card history shows I got most of the refund at 8/3.

I thought they really care about their customer.
But to solve the overcharge problem, still it's better they improved the charging system asap.

Below is my previous complain about their system.

Here is an e-mail content that I had received half year ago but I have a look at it till today! It's in my junk mailbox before.

"Your Free Trial Membership will expire on January 28,2016. Your Premium Membership will renew at $29.95 every month, Unless cancelled."

You SHOULD NOT extend my membership without my permission! I haven't even seen this mail for half a year!

Before I couldn't figure out why I need to pay 4.5 USD in my credit card bill every month till now. And you had charged me for 27 USD plus 1 USD maybe for the free-trial. STOP my membership and REMOVE my account RIGHT NOW!"
