I was searching a book on internet an then an advertisement about donnaplay.com appeared on my browser. It said one month free trial so I created my account. I was asked for giving all my debit card information. When the process was finished I did not receive any email confirmation despite the website said my sign up was successful. I tried to login but I could not. Supposedly my account does not exist. I emailed donnaplay to know what was going on and cancel my account but no response of them. I want to think nothing is going to happen but with all these bad reviews I do not trust that much. Any help?

THIS MORNING: 8/29/16, - Website donnaplay.com advertises FREE CONTENT, then once in, they promise 5 days trial. Once in, they did not have the content they showed me they had before I signed up. I cancelled immediately. Had to go through a song and dance to get it done. Then 24 hours later they send another e-mail new terms much cheaper. They have a "continue" button when clicked nothing happens. It does state, if the continue button does not work put this link into your browser. I did. Turns out that by clicking on the link it is an automatic re-buy, but this time they immediately charged me $9.99. I spoke to a rep/agent, who kept saying the same thing I owe 10 dollars, I told them not to touch my account. They kept to the script. Finally they said I would be refunded the money but it could take 21 days. I am not a happy camper, and after reading the complaints here I now have to worry about them charging my account ad nauseum.
UPDATE: SAME DAY. AFTERNOON.
Received a call from my bank, telling me that they froze my card, as there appeared to be a suspicious activity. They informed me that DonnaPlay not only tried to charge the full fee for the earlier charge this morning, BUT THEY HAD ALSO ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE MY CARD THE DAY BEFORE, ALTHOUGH THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT, SINCE IT WAS FREE FOR FIVE DAYS.
I am keeping this financial institution... d :o)

I signed up free trial because I wanted to download the file, only to find that the website did not have such a file after signing up. Cancellation cost $1. Thank you to be generous enough to make the cancellation charge an affordable $1, not $999. I suggest increasing the cancellation charge to $999 - a much more profitable business, isn't it?

They have been charging me approx $25 a month for months on an unused card. It was only chance that I even checked it on-line. CC company going to try and stop payments and get my cash back. However, I later found an email address on-line for cancelling but as I don't have a customer number I didn't know if I could cancel. Given two stars because even without a customer number DonnaPlay have cancelled for me (hopefully). I would like my money back too now. Been paying since at least February 2016 but my CC statements on line don't go back any further. I don't ever remember giving my details (I am not a gamer, never have been!) and they can't tell me how I got signed up:-(

Charged me S$24+ for a membership that i did not want. Did not even informed me before charging me when the trail period ended and also after charging me. I only discovered i was charged when i checked my bank balance. Said it was a free trail but i was charged S$1 for it.

I cancelled my account in February 2015, money has been coming out monthly since February 2016. My sons account was hacked which included details of my credit card. Donnaplay.com has refunded my money. I recommend tighter security for your website. A downloaded what was supposed to be a Technical Document for this site back in May.
The document was not what I was lead to believe based on the preview and a waist of $41.70 and to top it off, I discovered today that they have been charging my MasterCard the same amount monthly as a "Members Fee" when I have not downloaded any additional documents from this site.
