After emailing you about ending my subscription, since I was not informed of the monthly purchases or charges UNLESS I purchased an item, I was still charged a fee of $2.95 and $29.95. I signed up and put in my credit card information once I read that I will not be charged unless permission otherwise or I purchased a membership, etc. I would kindly like a refund.
I don't even know how I ended up being charged from Donna play. I didn't even know what Donna play was until I googled it. They have charged my account every month for 29.95 and then when I called to say I wanted a refund, the lady was horribly rude! And she told me I could only get 59.00$ back! No! I will take this further, and I will get my money back! I advise everyone to never put your card information in!

I signed up free trial because I wanted to download the file, only to find that the website did not have such a file after signing up. Cancellation cost $1. Thank you to be generous enough to make the cancellation charge an affordable $1, not $999. I suggest increasing the cancellation charge to $999 - a much more profitable business, isn't it?

I wanted to read a book online that they said they had. The website said my credit card details were used to verify who i was. It was supposed to be a free membership. I was charged $15 and when i cancelled straight away they charged me $10 for a premium account. Then they charged me $1 to close the account.

These guy are super scammers stay away from them, don't trust their misleading adds. I got subscribed accidentally hoping to enjoy their 5days trial service unfortunately they charged me 2.9usd two days later i came to check the reviews and got shocked by so many people complaining. Then I decided to cancel my trial subscription i found a link telling me cancelling confirmation have to take 3 days or more depending on the que of my request, and they asked me to pay more money to my issue to be solved. I was looking for e-books and the only site I could find that had it was this one. I signed up for a free trial, stupidly with my bank details as I trusted them - the book was suddenly not on the site, I searched and searched again so left and thought nothing more of it.
