I tried to place an online order 3 times last thursday and again today it kicks back and refunds my payment with in mins tells me theres an error with the store and to call, I'm at work I dont have the means to go out. I'm also not always able to do phone calls as I'm hearing impaired!

Gave me wrong pizza failed to listen impatient board said food was ready food was not ready waited another 10 minutes I'm total waited 40 minutes for the wrong pizza. Because we asked where's the pizza they rushed and handed me the wrong one lack of professionalism speed customer care common sense and respect. One thing to do is at least get the order right

Ordered a 14inch got a 10inch toppings so basically all dough. Expensive for something that i could buy in a store for $5

Tired the new Domino's that just opened in Monongahela PA and it was my first time and last. Pizza is just awful, bland and just overall not good at all. We threw it away.

Ordered Domino's Pizza in Dallas TX Fri night. Order placed atb10:38pm. Pizza was out of oven by 10:48pm. It sat around for 40 minutes before going out for delivery. It took another 30 minutes for a delivery. By the time I got the pizza it was cold and rubber like. It truly looked as if it had been sitting out on a counter for many hours. It was likely covered with bacteria that causes food poisoning at this point. It definitely wasn't safe to eat. So in the trash went all the food. I used the pizza guarantee. Of course I couldn't get anywhere or any satisfaction using that damned thing. So I contacted corporate. They basically brushed off my complaint. Day two after a fake apology and bs about how the company prides themselves on fresh food customer service and food quality I still haven't had a single person try to resolve or fix this disgraceful disgusting situation.
Im sorry if I can't find any customer service or concern over quality or any sincerity in the apology.
So next time you decide to order Domino's Pizza keep in mind they clearly either don't know food safety or perhaps they simply don't care about food safety. They certainly have no comprehension of customer service. And they most definitely could care less about quality. Their guarantee is a bunch of marketing bs and lies!
Days later I continue to fight with corporate for my complaint to be resolved and they continue to refuse to lift a finger. I was only able to get the guarantee IF I was willing to spend more money at their company. They screwed my entire order and expect me to spend more money in order to get my food replaced that they totally messed up.
Corporate claims they pride themselves in customer service, quality, food safety, etc. They received a zero in every single area with my order. They have yet to show and concern over the fact I was delivered a pizza that looked as if they found in in a dumpster.

I ordered a large 5 vege pizza from Domino.
It was scantily dressed and looked like something u ordered from amateurs.

I will have to stop ordering pizza from domino's.
Its a ridiculous.

I had a great experience at Bridgeport dominos not only the costumer service was great the assistant manager Gavin was super friendly and made my pizza perfect! Will be back again due to the cleanses of the store and feeling welcomed as soon as I walked in and was greeted with hi welcome to dominos!

Two week ago called main office to complain person on the phone said they will have owner Domino"s pizza Chippewa call back none hasn't call me yet pizza was terrible cold taste was bad.no rating.Hope owner will call back.

Cheese bread was doughie and the Italian sandwich was burnt and there bone in wings was poor quality and The salad and pizza was the only thing that was ok but didn't get a fork to eat the salad with never will eat again Did not get recipe paid cash it was delivered to our room

I'm a big fan of the spicy chicken sandwich. I've tried it all over the USA,I drive truck. You might think it tastes the same no matter where u are. That's wrong. Depends on who makes it. I walked into store #3567 in Giorgia and had a very pleasant experience. It started with William and Adreana laughing at what I said when I came in and firing back at me. I'm being my crazy self and asking many questions about a certain sandwich and in comes Luis. Him and I had a couple laughs and he got me on track as to what I was asking about. He said he'd make my food himself. So, not only did I have a great time joking with everyone while ordering my food,I enjoyed eating it. To this date, the 2 sandwiches that were made for me, are the best I've had in the USA. I want to personally say thank you to William for greeting me as soon as I walked in. Adriana, it was a nice change to have someone engage on the jokes I put out there and for cutting and packaging my food. Ok,Ryan, u get a thank you to but u only cut one sandwich... You put the packaging on Adreana. Lol. Luis... Guys, my man Luis can make a sandwich. Loaded. Toppings like you see on the commercials. I'm talking you could taste what you ordered. Baked perfectly. U know when that cheese caramelizes... Yeah, he did that. Baked Golden brown. Simply put... Perfection. Ryan, William, Adreana and my man Luis, you all did a kick $#*! job. If I lived here I wouldn't order from anyone else. If you're the DM or GM reading this... Do something for these young people. Give them a payed day off. Bc nowadays kids this age feels entitled. These guys are working... And doing a damn good job at. And they deserve to be showed appreciation.Thank you guys. YOU ROCK!

They messed up my order, i payed full price and when I asked for the food they didn't deliver they made us pay for what I already bought.

I purchased a traditional supreme pizza from the Redwoods Dominos in Rotorua.They substituted mozzarella cheese with some other cheese that covered the topping of the pizza with a pale creamy unappealing looking coating.It was a Sunday when I made this purchase and was charged a surcharge on top of that.

Disgusting in my opinion.
I can taste bread and salt overall, no tomato or cheese
I am deleting the app to avoid further mistakes

Unbelievable, the worst store I've ever experienced. Food sat for 45 minutes under heat lamp. Salmonella!?

We ordered 2 cheese pizzas for outer son from domino's pizza on ******* collier blvd in Naples Florida. The pizzas were just disgusting and not edible. I called the store the manager was just as disgusting and refused to acknowledge the pizzas was bad. Posting pictures for all.

I used 60 points for a free medium pizza and bought two more. It totaled 34 dollars. I could of gotten all three for 28 if I would of used no points. It costed me to use rewards points. I contacted them and they tried justifying the mistake instead of fixing it. Terrible website. The oak Island location is no better than the website. CROOKS!
