I am beyond livid, seething with rage and utterly disgusted by the outright fraud and corporate deceit being perpetrated by Domino's Pizza, not just at 222 Finch Avenue West in North York but across franchise locations all over Canada. This is not just an isolated case of shoddy service. This is a systemic, premeditated and calculated scam designed to rip off loyal customers while padding their already bloated profits. Let me break it down. According to Domino's own franchisee agreement and universal topping standards, a large pizza must have at least forty-eight slices of pepperoni. When ordering double pepperoni, it should logically contain a minimum of ninety-six slices. Simple math, right? Wrong. Because Domino's Canada has decided cheating customers is more profitable than following their own damn rules. I ordered a large double pepperoni pizza, expecting what was paid for, ninety-six slices minimum. Instead what I got was a laughable, pathetic and insulting forty-five slices. Not even the same amount as a single topping pizza. In what universe is that double? This is not an accident. This is not an oversight. This is a deliberate, cold-blooded rip off. What we have here is corporate theft, a bait and switch scam disguised as a promotion and a blatant disregard for consumer rights. Domino's runs advertisements on Hockey Night in Canada and as the playoffs approach, will be ramping up their advertising campaign, boasting about extra toppings, double toppings, triple toppings, but in reality, they are just lining their pockets while short changing every Canadian keeping them in business. I am outraged, infuriated and appalled one of the largest pizza chains in North America if not the world, engages in such nefarious, egregious and downright criminal business practices. This is not just some lazy franchisee cutting corners. This is a systematic, Canada wide deception. They have been getting away with this highway robbery for decades because the average customer does not know the specifics of their universal franchisee standards. It is time to put an end to this corporate theft once and for all. Domino's Pizza must be held accountable for their predatory and unethical conduct. This calls for a nationwide class action lawsuit against Domino's Canada to expose their fraudulent schemes and deter them from continuing their well documented pattern of consumer exploitation. If you have ever felt short changed by a Domino's double or triple topping pizza, you have been scammed too. To anyone reading this, join me in exposing Domino's fraudulent practices and demand justice for every ripped off customer in Canada. This is not just my fight. This is a fight for every single customer who has been duped, deceived and defrauded by this greedy, morally bankrupt corporation. Enough is enough. Domino's Pizza, your days of screwing over customers are numbered. We will shine a light on your deception, demand justice and ensure you never get away with this scam again.
On July 10th, 2024, at 11:26 pm, I ordered a New York-style pizza with NO cheese and for it be square cut. At 12:03 am, the next day I was delivered my pizza, and it had cheese on it PLUS it was pie cut. The delivery driver informed and promised me that she would bring me back the correct pizza the way I ordered and requested. I NEVER received the pizza. The next day a new manager who POORLY trained on how to use the system coupled with HORRENDOUS customer service told me that it's not his fault because they tried to call me. Lie #1. I NEVER received my new pizza OR a phone call. I made 6 phone calls while EACH time selecting zero on the automated system to get through to a team member, but to NO avail. In ALL actuality the team they were ACTUALLY on was one of POOR customer service, lies, and inconvenience. I was told I had a credit this afternoon, so I tried to order a pizza for the 3rd time in ALL reality and was told that I had to pay a delivery fee when I paid a $4.99 delivery fee to be delivered a pizza that I did NOT order. I have sympathy for the working force because I'm in it. However I have no sympathy to Domino's for hiring people who care about self and forget they're in the restaurant business and customer service and making things right and respecting the customer is a given. They lack that. THIS is on domino's because they are hiring these people. I will be copying and pasting this message for the review on domino's Google review and WILL be sharing this on my Social Media accounts along with EVERYONE in my house ceasing to do business with domino's. These RECURRING events is the reason why I gave domino's a 6 month break because they can't seem to get the hiring part right.
I LOVE I IT IS JUST SOGODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

I had a horrible and frightening experience with Micheal Dominos Dilivery Driver. To start, he is a Convicted FELON. He stabbed a man, multiple times and went to prison. Now he drivers pizza late at night. He delivery me a pizza about 2 to 3. Months ago to my home. He left,Then after he was off work, he came ba k broke in to my property and was trying my locked door. He was grabbing the handle of my front door and pushing ba k and forth, trying desperately to break in. Knows I was inside. I was terrified. After about 45 minutes he quit. My door was and still is damages from his efforts to break in and hurt me. It's been 2 to 3 months. I just finally order a nother pizza from my Domino's. I reported to the manager the next day, in detail what there driver had done. Breaking and entering and the deparetly trying to break into my home to hurt me. I assumed, after I had reported this to Domino's pizzas manager, they work take appropriate action. It's June 30th 2023. A out t 2 to 3 months later. I ordered a pizza and HE SHOWED IP AS DELIVERY DRIVER AGAIN. I A SO SCARED HE WILL WAIT TILL HE IS OFF WOEK, AS BEFORE AND VOME BACK, BREAK INTO MY PROPERTY. AND THIS TIME MAKE IT THRU MY DOOR! WE SHOULD BE SAFE TO ORDER PIZZA. YET WE ARE NOT. THE MANAGERS AT DOMINOS, ARE AWARE OF HIS CRIMINAL BA K GROUND AND THAT HE TRIES TO MURDER SOMEONE, By STABBiNG THEM. I live alone. No family and right now I am very frightened. I called the office, they stated no crime has been vom.ited yet, tonight. So they can not send a patrol car. I have know one to turn to. What does a single woman with no family do. On top of all this, right after he left, from Dilivery v my order. He called me! I called the manager and reported it again. That's now Twice. She said I will be fine. She will talk to him. I am so frightened. And I have no place to go and no one to turn to. If he does come back and hurt me or kill me, I pray then the office will do there job. PLEASE BE AWARE. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ElSE TO BE A SCARED AS I AM THIS VERY MOMENT,, AS I Write this review.

Pizza and 2itter coke. Good pizza. Manager was very nice.
Overall, Dominoes Pizza is average, and the crust has been near burnt. The Mediterranean Sandwich is very good, however. The reason for this review is the customer service, especially at the Cottonwood, Arizona location. It is hit and miss. But, I made a pact with myself not to give my patronage to this location again. I had a refund coming to me from this location, and I had called the next day, after being told the day before, that my money would be refunded to me.
It was very nice of the owner to refund the money, the problem is with one employee, a younger man I spoke to. I filled him in on the conversation I had the day before, and that the owner approved the refund, and was asking when the money would be refunded. I just wanted to be aware of when the refund would take place, and I personally wondered if it had been done.
His response was curt and rude, as he dragged out his words in hateful manner; "It taakes twoo to threeee dayss for moneyyy tooo beee refunded!" I decided to take the high road, since the low road he was on was crowed, and just said; "Very, very good! Thank you!" He just hung up.
It is a place of business where the customer service is 'hit or miss'. However, it leaves a person feeling they deserve better, and the only way to remedy this is by not giving them my business. Two years ago, I had called the corporate location to complain about another person that worked there, who was pretty nasty. It fell on deaf ears! But, hey, it's a pizza chain, in the end there is turnover of employees, and hard to find good help. Someone like the young man I spoke with will learn about his disposition when he comes face to face enough times with his reflection in another just like him.
The only reason I didn't submit proof of purchase is because of Paypals securtiy policy, and was not able do a screenshot, because of this.
Received 3 failures from the 318 Village Rd. Leland, NC ******* location. Order placed at about 815pm. This was ordered as a pan pizza, extra sauce. It's bone dry. Called the store and spoke with a staff member, MJ. Explained the error. He offered me store credit, and I declined. I asked that a new pizza be delivered to me. His tone immediately became rude. He said that it would be another 40 minutes, give the driver the old pizza, and hung up on me.
The second atrocity occurred at 945pm. The pizza arrived and the staff decided to get a little petty. The extra sauce that I requested was ladled in the middle of the pizza. Sauce was also spread across the edges of the crust and the dough was lifted so that sauce could be applied to the sides of the dough. I guess this was my penance for requesting to receive the pizza I ordered & paid for. Since it's late, I decided to try and make the best of this "pizza". This pizza was not cooked through or cut through. I sighed and wasn't going to call back but growling stomach changed my mind.
I call the store and get MJ again. I tell him the problem and he actually laughed. I asked him to please send my pizza made correctly. I also asked if I could receive my order before the 40 minute time quote when I called the first and second time. You're going to be shocked; he said it would take AT LEAST 40 minutes. The 3rd pizza arrived at 10:40PM.
3rd failure. This pizza was over cooked. The sauce on the edges was burned along with the cheese. Since I was starving and needed to get to bed, I tried to give it a shot. Unfortunately, this pizza was also a bust. It had a weird, chemical smell and the box was wet with that same smell.
This is a franchise store, and I've been in contact with the district manager multiple times. He text me " We did review the footage and found no evidence of food tampering. We also checked all potential sources of chemical injury and found none. All of our cleaning supplies are ordered from Domino's and are safe for food service." I found that to be the odd since the most recent health inspection noted the storage of hazardous chemicals.
When I asked him about that, he asked me to complete a liability claim form for the franchise insurance company. Not going to happen.
Be prepared for disappointment.
None. All 3 pizzas were inedible.
