I ordered a collar back in December. On numerous occasions, I sent emails to no avail. Finally I stated that taking money and not sending the product is tantamount to fraud, I finally received an answer. It took 2 more emails back and forth before learning that my order wasn't sent. There was a mix-up. What a joke. I asked for a refund and they said that a manager would contact me within 24 - 48 hours. Still no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

We love this collar it was well built and it helps us keep an eye on Copper when he is out at night. He wears it when ever he is out at night or early in the morning. If it can with stand Copper diving through thickets, weeds, water, snow and dense woods it can with stand anything! We love the multiple setting on the lights we adjust the collar to blinking when he out alone and solid light when one of us is out with him that lets our neighbors keep an eye out.
After contacting the better business bureau and fill all their social media with bad reviews I FINALLY received my collars. You should not have to go through this to get a product you were promised and paid for.
Order a year in advance! I was billed in November and still on a wait list? I've contacted the company multiple times and they are no help what so ever. I don't recommend this site for it's poor service. Wish I could rate on products but I'm wondering if I'll ever actually get anything of if it's a SCAM.

We absolutely LOVE our glow-in-the-dark LED safety collar we received from Dog Pawty! We often run with our dog in the early morning, when it is dark, and have a hard time keeping track of her. Now, with this collar on, we can keep good tabs on our pup and make sure she is not straying too far away or into unsafe areas (ie - the street!). Love, love, love this collar! Purchased the coolest protective light up dog collars for our 2 dogs. We walk before work and its usually very dark out so we want sleepy drivers to see us as we are walking. We have had many neighbors comment that they can really see us and appreciate the heads up lights. Thanks Dogpawty!
Ordered this for our 100 pound Goldendoodle who often takes his walks in the evening as we live off of a busy street. Now the cars going by can see him and they definitely slow down as they see the blinking red light and they always wonder what it is. Also when we let him out at night we have woods in our back yard and we can see exactly where he is. This product is a great find and we highly recommend it and it was make a great gift from one dog lover to another. Thank you!

We received your illuminated dog collar. We just absolutely love it. We live in the country and coyotes are a huge problem. We can leave our Welsh Corgi, Charlie, out at night now and have no troubles keeping an eye on him with his bright red collar. It gives me great comfort that my precious Charlie is easy to spot.
I absolutely LOVE the easy snap glow in the dark LED collar with a variety of blinking paces. With this collar it's easy to take my dog out for the leashless walks she loves when daylight is shortest. She's incredibly visible - I love feeling she's safe. I ordered the Light-Up Collar, this collar has been a GREAT benefit when we go camping or walking at night (we do not have street lighting where we live). Our dogs are clearly visible at night ensuring their safety and our peace of mind. The only info I would add is the ship time can be very long (up to 90 days), this was not a real issue for me because I did read the fine print stating this fact. Again thanks for a great product.
A while back there was an offer on Facebook posted for a free lighted collar. I thought, there must be a "catch". To my amazement, there was NO catch. I picked out my color and I love my collar. I live in a community where our dogs are supposed to be leashed but, at times I like my pug to be free to roam so, this collar helps me not have to take a flashlight outside to take him out at night. It fits perfectly and Dog Pawty is a company of their word. Please support and order from them as much as possible.

I love the lighted collar I received. Its a great idea and product. My dog tends to run across the street to the neighbors and of course doesnt look both ways, haha. She is dark grey and hard to see at night, so the collar helps point her out should there be any cars. Also, Ive received several compliments on the collar as well. Thank you.
