I have waited over 5 months for my order. They give me excuses that it was lost and tell me I can only have a credit for a future purchase. I don't want to purchase from a company that can't even deliver the merchandise on time nor give me a refund. Terrible customer service which takes a week to reply to my emails. I've lost my money and no way of getting it back. Buy at your own risk.
I love it. The ring is very colorful and durable. What a great value! I ordered it several months ago now and it still looks brand new. Highly recommend the paw ring.

I ordered a bracelet for a gift for my friend who recently lost her dog. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received it. I contacted the company for my money back and was told that the bracelet is back ordered. No money can be refunded was an order has been placed. He was not very pleasant to deal with.
DO NOT buy from them. I'll be surprised if I receive the bracelet!
I ordered the Glow-in-the-Dark paw necklace. After more than two weeks it finally arrived from Hong Kong. Well it looks nothing like the photo on their Web site. Worse it doesn't really glow in the dark. You can barely tell it's "glowing." They don't accept returns for products you're not happy with so I'm stuck with a cheap trinket necklace I could have bought at any big box store. Definitely not worth the advertised price of $24.99. I only paid $6.99 for shipping which is about all this necklace is worth. Junk.

Dog Pawty was the worst company I have had to deal with to date. I ordered a green LED Collar for my dog Athena on October 16th 2017. It is now 2/22/2018 and I still have not received the correct product. After numerous emails with supposed CEO *******@Dogpawty.com who after all this time and his sales team dropping the ball, couldn't even be bothered to give me a couple extra batteries for the collar. I am seeing multiple bad reviews on multiple sites, and no one should order anything from this company. They wouldn't even offer my money back lol. What a joke. And it looks like most of these reviews are complete crap. No one has revieweed more than 1 thing, most likely all fake accounts created by this piece of $#*! company. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered a hoodie from this site. There is no size chart so I ordered a size up. I usually wear an xs or sm, so I ordered a med. It is too small and cannot be returned or exchanged. They claim the no return/exchange policy is clearly printed on their site, but it is NOT. I NEVER would have spent so much on a hoodie if it couldn't be returned/exchanged. This company is a scam and BUYER SHOULD BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Purchased glow in the dark collars. Love love love them. Dogs couldnt be happier going for night walks, and i love being able to see where they are. Love this company!

Dogpawty products are genuin and amazing. I purchased an item from the company to help with the healing of heartbreak after loosing my beautiful four legged best friend. I keep the item with me everywhere i go and what was hurt in my heart has become alot easier to cope with in which i have been able to move forward and adopt another best freind whom was in need of a new loving welcoming home.
On 2 different occasions I ordered the lighted dog collars which I saw on Facebook for free, just pay shipping. I received the merchandise in a very timely manner and am very pleased with the product.
I was very happy with the orange light up collar for my dog, Lizzie. We live in Alaska and it is dark for most of the day in the winter. This collar has helped keep us safe during our morning and evening walks!

I bought a beautiful light-up collar for my 2 year old Cocker Spaniel. It has been invaluable for me because, as you can imagine, there is no holding the cockers back once they get a scent when they are out for a walk. At least now I can keep track of her darting though the trees and bushes when we are out for a walk on the winter nights. She is like a little pink fire fly.
I am almost tempted to buy one in every colour! Pepper wears her collar with pride.
