These guys advertise one item and deliver something else, then won't provide return mailing and want a 20% restocking fee. They are impossible to deal with after they make the sale, even though their advertising is fraudulent. Stay away!
Product arrived today after being ordered over a month ago. That isn't the issue. There was no automatic communication - as in item was backordered, when it was expected to be shipped etc. When I reached out for information, customer service (Sunil) was helpful. Received an email Friday that it had been shipped and it arrived Monday. Original estimated date of delivery was March 2 and today is March 20. The item does appear to be what I ordered - thankful for that.
They have the best selection of hardware available. The shipping was fast as well.
The product works as it should. The description is correct and I had no issue with the shipping.
Dont believe anything they say. Ordered a lock 3 weeks ago and still waiting. It is 3 to 5 days and after 5 days they told me it will be another 5 days and counting.
Email sent February 21/2023 was not acknowledged.
Invoice for parts ordered was requested but the contact person did not provide the invoice nor replied.

I also attached the email from our Engineering Tech. We have not received the item ordered.

Love the list of inventory. With two sets of aluminum doors that are older. I Searched multiple sites to find what I found at DK Hardware, both product and price.
Had a under $4. Item and they charged me almost $9. To ship. Outrageous
Order 2/26 and they shipped on 3/6.
Item arrived on time and was exactly as advertised
Two times I ordered product from DK Hardware and the website claimed they were in stock, after order aknowledgement it was radio silence for a week, called their 800 line but you can't get a real person, left my order # on voicemail and they emailed me an hour later saying product was out of stock due to "high demand", would get to me in about a week. 2 days later I get an email where they cancelled my order and refunded my money. This wasted 2 weeks on my job progress, ordered from another company that does have it in stock, it's already shipped. Same thing happened in October of last year on a meter socket/main breaker panel. I usually give businesses a break but this is BS.
Still waiting for my order. This was placed back in January of his year. I have NOT received my order yet...!

Ordered some window weather seal on 2/7 listed as in stock on web site.
3 days later, no tracking provided, contacted them & answer was they have not received from manufacturer yet, remember - this was "
In stock" & when I mentioned that I got " sorry our website is being updated & it would ship 2/20 latest, ok I can handle that.
2/20 came & went with no tracking or other correspondence.
Contacted them again & now I'm told it's backordered til 3/1, well the CS rep was rude, and offered nothing in regards to order, an alternate item or even upgrading shipping, did I mention RUDE!
He however did offer to cancel my order all together- how does that help me?
Actually got a supervisor to give me a call, again I reiterated website STILL shows in stock, answer: website is constantly updated, huh?
3 weeks from order- never came in stock, how is this constantly updated?
So his magical offering- 5% off
It's a 50$ order- a whole 2.50 for wasting 3 weeks
