I ordered an item in September, which I knew had to be made and I knew there would be shipping delays….
Almost into new year and I still don't even have tracking info and my representative Paul B. Has completely ignored countless emails.
My customer is livid, I'm livid…. Don't do anything with this company if you depend on results.
Shipped me knockoff CRL Door hinges with no protective packaging other than plastic wrap. U Channel and knockoff hinges both arrived scuffed. Unfortunately I didn't check these soon enough and waited a few weeks until install time which was outside of their return window which they're very firm on. You only have 30 days to return from the date you purchase, which is absurd because their standard rate shipping takes 2 weeks. For a replacement order I had to pay for overnight shipping and it arrived 7 days later!

Ordered items online, order accepted and confirmed. A few days later was told to contact. When I called they wanted more money for the items I ordered. Deceptive online pricing, Customer service would not stand behind their advertised price. Bait and switch, if need an item deceptive pricing.
I ordered some deck drain from DK Hardware and the website said each 5' section included 8 couplers and 4 end adapters. When I received the order there was only ONE (1) coupler and ZERO end adapters! I called and talked to the "Customer sales rep" and he was difficult. He grudgingly agreed to send me 4 couplers and 2 end adapters (which I told him that is all I really needed for my project) but had to get management to approve it. When I did get the shipment, there was only 2 couplers and 1 end adapter! I just got off the phone and told the same guy that they were short by 2 couplers and 1 end adapter. He would not agree to send me what was agreed on and said he would have to have his manager call me back. I am now a very angry customer and writing this review. It would have cost them very little to satisfy me and make me a happy customer, but they refused to do that. DK Hardware's customer service is HORRIBLE. I would not do business with them at all. Find another hardware store to get what ever it is you need. Amazon sells almost anything you need!

Invoice for parts ordered was requested but the contact person did not provide the invoice nor replied.

After placing an order and waiting three weeks and hearing nothing I contacted DK Hardware who told me there's a delay. No kidding but no contact? Now 2 weeks later still nothing. Nothing impressive here!
Two times I ordered product from DK Hardware and the website claimed they were in stock, after order aknowledgement it was radio silence for a week, called their 800 line but you can't get a real person, left my order # on voicemail and they emailed me an hour later saying product was out of stock due to "high demand", would get to me in about a week. 2 days later I get an email where they cancelled my order and refunded my money. This wasted 2 weeks on my job progress, ordered from another company that does have it in stock, it's already shipped. Same thing happened in October of last year on a meter socket/main breaker panel. I usually give businesses a break but this is BS.
I was happy with the ultimate outcome. I ordered 4 knobs not realizing they came two to a package. I responded back about the problem. My did not get a timely response to my email but eventually did. Now I'm waiting on my refund.
I did receive my order and was satisfied with it. It has been almost a month ago and I don't remember all the details of how I ordered it. They did a good job and didn't have to wait too long in getting it.
I seen the shipping address was wrong, contacted your company to have it corrected said it was corrected and I would get the order in the next two days. It never came so I ordered it again. I received the second one fast. Yesterday I received the very first one I order, which I will be returning. Your company said it was about my debit card I used, which was a company card, so the second one I ordered I used my personal card for. Not good customer service.
I bought I thought 6 quarts of oil, the ad shows 6X1 quarts, I received 1 quart plus shipping on E Bay, another company has the exact description 6Z1 but they send you 6 quarts not 1 for the same price. DK Hardware won't let me return the 1 quart or send me the other 5 quarts to make up 6 I bought
I ordered a steel colored sauce pot to match my set that I currently own, and was sent a black colored pot, the postage was outstandingly high for a small pot that was $30, it wasn't economically feasible to send it back so I took the loss, totally dissatisfied.
I have reviewed my VISA account and found that DK Hardware has shorted me on my purchase refund.
On Oct. 13 I paid $599.98 for an order. On Oct. 19 I was refunded $567.05 for the same order. The refund is $32.93 short.
This order was completely mismanaged by DK Hardware. It was ignored for five days. When I inquired about it's status, I was told that there were inventory issues and that there would be an additional 1 to 2 weeks delay for the order. Then I was e-mailed and told that that information was erroneous. I then received another e-mail that told me that my home shipping address was not sufficient. Then I received another e-mail that said that my home shipping address was okay. Then I received another e-mail that said that there would be an additional $83.53 for shipping added to my order. To make for a total of $166.00 for shipping. I was asked if I wanted to proceed with the order. As this shipping cost is utterly ridiculous compared to simply using US Post, I replied that 'no', I did not want to proceed with the order. I asked when a full refund would be seen in my VISA account and was told 1 to 2 business days. I have now reviewed the VISA account and found that I was not refunded the full purchase cost. It is short by $32.93.
I ordered door hardware that required a "special order" status that I was told would take 5-6 weeks which I agreed to. Now 7 weeks after the fact, their "Customer Happiness Specialist" whom informed me today, only after I contacted them, that the hardware will not be available until 9/13.6 months to fill an order. How about rephrasing that title to "We Really Don't Care About Customer Happiness Nor Do We Need Any More Business Specialist".
I ordered 2 items that were around $1500 each. Only 1 was sent to me.
The order was placed may 3 2022. Communication with Paul Bondoc was horrible. I would send 1 email a week just checking on my missing item. After 4-5 weeks I would get a email with no real answers or solutions.
On September 30th I recieve an email stating that they will not refund or reship the missing item. (I have the packing slip showing 1 item on shipment)
So now I have to waste my time to file a claim with the courts.
I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone, and urge others to stop before you get burned too.
Can't trust them. Don't do it. They don't know how much inventory they have. I would run far away if you need anything important.
