Love the list of inventory. With two sets of aluminum doors that are older. I Searched multiple sites to find what I found at DK Hardware, both product and price.
Please check 2nd photo. I'm not sure, but old ones were made of metal? Or material is not strong enough?
This is my first time ordering from here. They have had payment for a month and still, no product. Fingers crossed I get it soon. I will think twice before I order from here again.
Ordered some window weather seal on 2/7 listed as in stock on web site.

In stock" & when I mentioned that I got " sorry our website is being updated & it would ship 2/20 latest, ok I can handle that.
2/20 came & went with no tracking or other correspondence.
Contacted them again & now I'm told it's backordered til 3/1, well the CS rep was rude, and offered nothing in regards to order, an alternate item or even upgrading shipping, did I mention RUDE!
He however did offer to cancel my order all together- how does that help me?
Actually got a supervisor to give me a call, again I reiterated website STILL shows in stock, answer: website is constantly updated, huh?
3 weeks from order- never came in stock, how is this constantly updated?
So his magical offering- 5% off
It's a 50$ order- a whole 2.50 for wasting 3 weeks

Purchased a wheelbarrow, and after the purchase, recieved an email requesting near twice the shipping. I cancelled, of course.
Dont believe anything they say. Ordered a lock 3 weeks ago and still waiting. It is 3 to 5 days and after 5 days they told me it will be another 5 days and counting.
I was worried about the arrival date of pakage so I emailed them with my concerns and they Shipped it within my reasonable dates I needed. Thank you again

I purchased a shower door kit from DK Hardware (CRL Contempo - CON73BS). I have been unable to correctly install this door. The Header is narrower than the specifications indicate it should be and as a result the glass doors hand too close to each other and the top corner contacts metal in the Track Holder Fittings when about 1" from fully closed. Besides the obvious problem of not being able to fully close the doors, this will invariably result in the glass eventually shattering from the top corner coming in repeated contact with the metal. The door handles also hit each other when the doors are slid past each other. I have provided extensive evidence of my problems with this door kit to the manufacturer, CR Laurence, and while they acknowledge that the Header Track is narrower than the specification, they refuse to take any responsibility for this or provide any guidance for how I might resolve the problem. DK Hardware, who is the unfortunate middle man, is siding with the manufacture and not the customer and is refusing to accept a return of this shower door kit. The reviews on their website, which appear to offer praise for this shower door kit, are not actually reviews of a shower door. They offer no means for me to make my own review. Therefore you should question other information on their website
I ordered some CRL Shower Door Hinges. The price was right, and the ordering process was straightforward. The order was placed on 11/14 and delivered on 11/18. Good job, DK Hardware!
Stain when open was obviously very old. Heavy layer of undisolvable scum on the bottom of the can. I've been using this stain for over 30 years and never seen the stain in this condition.
Unable to find shower door part in my metro area. Found it easily at DK Hardware. Shipping options were a bit of fast-famine extreme but that may be beyond DKH's control.
