So I see a really great price for a printer and after doing some looking around to see if the site is legit I buy it but 2 days after that my spam folder has a message(using a different domain) saying the item I ordered was not available and my order had been canceled ( might be true, pending charge is gone) in the cancelation email it says to contact them that they might be able to set me up with a suitable alternative and since I saw 5 printers with great prices the day I made my purchase I was hopeful but after long lags and a transfer to an account manager that tells me they don't have anything suitable in stock and when I show her links of active live cartable items currently on their site (and still are 6 days later now still) I'm told that they are, you guessed it, out of stock. She offers to notify me when they get new inventory and I say OK and ask a few more questions about why they have inventory for sale on the site that isn't and get distracted with work.when I check back I see a message saying that since they haven't received a reply, they assume I no longer need the item but I'm welcome to reach out anytime if id like to revisit my order.
Could just be bad management or some kind of bait and switch thing but major bad vibe stink that something isn't right, enough for me to bother posting this bad experience a few places because I don't think they ever even have had the printers for sale...
Door was extremely poorly made. It had several loose and cracked panels and places with the staples showing. There no border to the screen so it is nearly impossible to paint without getting paint on the screen. It came from Chile, then Florida. About 1/3 the way around the earth. Ironic since Oregon is home to so many wood products companies. I definitely wouldn't DK in future
I was charged for two day shipping and did not need nor want this. When I contacted DK about this they did not do anything to make it right. I will not be ordering from them again.
Ordered an item 8 days ago. According to their site they had well over 90 in stock. Says it usually ships within 1 day. I called to get an update. The person was rude, told me the item isn't in stock. That it was shipping from the manufacturer. She said she would reach out and get more info. This was yesterday, I have not heard back.
I ordered a closet pole extension (description says chrome and black and I received white) I have called multiple times to customer service for 3 days now and they have not been able to resolve my concern.

Was supposed to be in stock and ship next day. I ordered February 28th and it shipped March 17th. Went online to double check and it still said it was in stock and would ship next day. That's the only reason I ordered feom here. Don't waste your time.
Item had been obviously repackaged with parts missing. After a couple of weeks of back and forth Emails and sending numerous photographs they told me they would file a claim on my behalf. Their "Customer Happiness" division is anything but.

Recieved order but it was wrong size screw, called business and they said they do not carry that size. Yet it's advertised.
I ordered a pool deck paint, it took an in ordinate amount of time to receive this order. When it did arrive upon opening the box, the paint can had a very damage top/lid the can was 'bowed' and the top and side were creased and bulging, I did not care to go through the trouble of attempting to send back, and while the product was not inexpensive, I opted to discard.

Wasn't shipped in a timely fashion. Had to contact shipper and never was notified as to when it was shipping.
Found what I was looking for but the picture of the product was outdated. They recently changed the product. No longer mentions Teflon.
I could not find this product locally, so I scanned it, and DK came up and had the identical product. Shipping was fast and communication was excellent. AAA+++
A I bought a Christmas light projector for the exterior of my home, hoping it would be just what I wanted. Unfortunately, I did not like the product at all, and it seemed cheaply built. When I tried to return it, I found that DK hardware would be charging a 25% restocking fee and I would need to pay the shipping myself. The shipping return fee on my item was $31, despite it being a fairly small box. I advise you not to do business with this company, if you think there might be a possibility of you needing to return the item.
I bought 2 Arlington motion patio chairs. They both did not set squarely or the ground, they teetered. I attempted to call, no reply. Finally, today my son sat in the chair and the welds broke. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

I ordered replacement shower seals in a 5/16 inch x 3/8 inch configuration. I received 5/8 inch by 1/4 inch. And I am expected to pay the return shipping whereas most companies will generate a return label.

Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid shipping labels for buyers remorse returns if customer changed their mind or no longer needs the item. In regards to the restocking fee, this is also a part of our standard return policy that is provided on our website for your review.
