They're essentially trying to steal my money after I requested to cancel the order and they shipped it out anyway. This is after lying saying they already shipped it & will be shipping it out, hence why I wanted to cancel to begin with. Reps are extremely unprofessional, lacks complete transparency & really shouldn't be in business. Look through email thread; they're never even on the same page. After asking to cancel the response I receive is "done." Now I'm on the phone with a rep and they're saying my order was already shipped and I have to wait for it to arrive, refuse it, and then they'll issue a refund. Safe to say I won't be seeing my refund for the next two weeks... Yea, this place needs to be shut down ASAP.
I contacted their live customer support chat, and sent my concern (I couldn't view all of my items that were in my wish list / favourites, aka the wigs that I "hearted"). And they take so long to respond, so far they haven't, and I thought the customer support persons name and profile picture looked a bit fishy. So, as I'm siting here bored and waiting for a reply, I decide the look up their name, "Sarah Pearson". Nothing significant comes up, really. So I decide to reverse image search their unusual looking photo. Many results showed up from that one. Low and behold, their photo was just a stock image! A PREGNANT one, at that!
Lmao!
All in all though, they didn't even end up responding; so not a great first impression.
Clearly, their customer service is shady.
So, I'd imagine their site must be, too.

The wig as really not bad, real hair, but seems like unprocessed or that a wig is not brand new. A bit different understanding what is silky hair, but im wearing the wig very day, ordering from this place again. Hope it keeps up with expectations. PS. This wig is way to cheap comparing to what great quality i got. :)
It seems quite unprofessional and very rude for me to order something next day air and it's only in label has been created status and I ordered it on the 13th of September. When I call sometimes you get a lady that's nice, sometimes you get one with a nasty attitude if you're too happy. And I feel like since I was too happy somebody deliberately did not deliver my package to me. What side is I'm trying to do business when support my own community and this is how they treat you as though your money means nothing. Every time I order from this company is well over $200 sometimes three and four and $500 that I've ordered from this company so for them to be as careless as they are it speaks volumes for why we don't get ahead.
If you are Canadian and you order from this website, then expect to pay 63% more then their US amount!
I ordered 6 wigs. With the exchange, my order went from $179.30 USD to $241.74 CAD, which I expected (approx. 30%). That included a shipping fee of 36.45 USD/approx. 47.39 CAD. But then all of a sudden I get an email saying I can't get my package unless I pay another $51.85 CAD for custom fees. $50.00 some dollars for 6 wigs, really? That ridiculous. So with every thing, I paid 293.59 CAD which is 63% more than their price. I asked if we can request a different shipper next time, because I have never been charged customs from EMS. (UPS always always charges customs and broker fees etc.) They refuse to let the customer pick a different carrier.
So just beware! All in all it doesn't seem to be the great deal you are thinking it is.
If you want a person answering your calls, responding to your emails, excellent communication and a quality product, then look no further. This was my first order x's 2 and I won't look for another online wig store. I can see why they get 5 stars from their customers! #Love
I have been ordering from Divatress.com for 5 years or more and have had excellent service. My orders are always correct and delivered on time. And the prices are very affordable. Being a woman with alopecia these wigs are perfect for me. I change my hair like I change my clothes. Thank you Divatress.com.

I've never been a person to order my wigs offline but divatress came through for me, I placed an order and within a few days I got my tracking number and it came right on time I'm definitely ordering from them again. Thanks divatress
I have been a customer for a year and absolutely love the service, and the shipping is pretty quick I have not had a issue with them and sometimes they even include candy in your order as a free gift

I ordered wigs last year that ended up being returned back to divatress due to delivery issues. They promised a full refund, however after over 6 months of follow-up emails, and endless back and forth I realized that they had no intention to send me my money. Such thieves

They do not send what you buy online, beware! No contact number, no answering emails They seem to advertise stuff of a certain brand but it comes in different packaging
