I purchased empire deep wave human hair, I received my order within a few days after ordering it which was good, however when I receive the hair and my granddaughter started putting it in, the hair was thin, has no bounce, she had a triple with using 09 bundles, and my hair looks terrible. It looks nothing like the picture and I'm extremely unsatisfied, I'm taking it out of my hair, and going back to my local hair store.
I've never been a person to order my wigs offline but divatress came through for me, I placed an order and within a few days I got my tracking number and it came right on time I'm definitely ordering from them again. Thanks divatress
I ordered a wig that I liked. But they sent me the wrong wig. When you return it, you have to pay for shipping. It cost me $10 to return the cheap wig. Never again
I ordered a bunch of items four days ago. And they've already taken my money from my card and never shipped my packages. It's still saying label was created from 4 days ago and they just keep hanging up the phone on me when I call about my order.
I placed an order from this site for an item that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, September 17th and it never came. Ive emailed the company 4 times and I was told that my order will be cancelled and an investigation will be opened. I tracked this package in UPS and there has been no movement in 9 days. I feel that the package was never sent and though ive asked for my money back ($98.96) numerous times, I feel that this company is not trying to honor my request. This is very poor customer service. Ive purchased the item from a brick and mortar store and no longer need their item. I will never recommend this site to anyone!
Divatress has nice lace wigs but am sure you can find those same wigs elsewhere, so I live in Canada & on my birthday I ordered a wig which cost $ 62, shipment was= $ 36, I got a discount of $ 9.30 but still paid a total sum of $88.70, then when UPS came with my order I had to pay them another fee of $37.27 so the ($37.27 +$36.00 might have just been the sum of another wig)
What I don't understand is why charge me for the shipping cost if I will have to pay to UPS again for delivering my order? Am not sure I will shop there again, I also felt as though their customer service was not as friendly!
I ordered a few pony tails and received them within a few days. The hair looked fantastic and I received many compliments! I was ordering wigs from another company for over 25 years and have decided to switch to divatress instead because of the unlimited selections and varieties of hair that they advertise!
The wig as really not bad, real hair, but seems like unprocessed or that a wig is not brand new. A bit different understanding what is silky hair, but im wearing the wig very day, ordering from this place again. Hope it keeps up with expectations. PS. This wig is way to cheap comparing to what great quality i got. :)
I have been ordering from Divatress.com for 5 years or more and have had excellent service. My orders are always correct and delivered on time. And the prices are very affordable. When I first went to order from divatress.com there was an error with my browser and my card was charged twice with no order confirmation. It was a Saturday and I didn't expect a reply until Monday but I emailed them anyway. When I called my bank on Monday to see if the transaction had been fixed they let me know that DivaTress had already refunded the money to the account that weekend :) Good first impression!
Now as far as getting my actual order through, it was a breeze. I got the package exactly when they said I would (all orders include a tracking number). They are based in the U.S. so you can expect your order within just a few days. I HIGHLY recommend them. I will be ordering from them in the future and will update my review if need be.
I have ordered three wigs from divatress Fest far, and I am more than satisfied. I can't wait to see what else they have so I can go ahead and order. I would love to order at least one wig per month from divatress.
This is the BEST online wig store and I have tried several. They are courteous and they get your merchandise out to you ASAP. My package has always arrived fresh, new and securely packaged.

I contacted their live customer support chat, and sent my concern (I couldn't view all of my items that were in my wish list / favourites, aka the wigs that I "hearted"). And they take so long to respond, so far they haven't, and I thought the customer support persons name and profile picture looked a bit fishy. So, as I'm siting here bored and waiting for a reply, I decide the look up their name, "Sarah Pearson". Nothing significant comes up, really. So I decide to reverse image search their unusual looking photo. Many results showed up from that one. Low and behold, their photo was just a stock image! A PREGNANT one, at that!
Lmao!
All in all though, they didn't even end up responding; so not a great first impression.
Clearly, their customer service is shady.
So, I'd imagine their site must be, too.

I am one happy women. You can not beat the service you get from the company. I always get what I order. In good time. Sometimes in 2 days. And to me it is better than gowing to your local beauty mart. Good job Divatress I love all your sales.
I received the wrong color unit. I immediately let them know and as of yet have received no response. It's been a week. I left a review on their site and checked back few days later to see it's been removed. Be careful this website is shaddy.

I received 2 Wigs that I ordered weeks ago - Both wigs were NOT what I ordered, so Wrong Wigs Delivered (but correct picture on package? What, what? Seriously Sad). My husband tried to warn me not to order from DivaTress, BUT NOoooo I would not listen to my husband and best friend. At least he didn't say, "I told you so" LOL... anyway I should have taken that extra step and read Customer Reviews... Lession Learned - NEVER AGAIN DivaTress... because DivaTress Delivers ONLY MESS!
Just received my 2 wigs today and yet again instead of 1b you guys have sent me black I'm leaving in the morning on vacation and I've got this black hair that totally washes me out I've complained before and now I see it's done no good so I won't be ordering again. Please loose my email address.
