Thank you for contacting us, Diva Free Shipping applies to all orders over $70 within the Continental U.S. 48 States Only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories). Diva Free Shipping will be shipped via UPS Surepost, USPS First Class or Priority Mail. These methods typically take 4 to 7 business days for delivery. Per our carriers UPS and USPS, there may delays in delivery times. Please keep in mind that UPS is currently not guaranteeing delivery times of any of their services including UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, Ground or their International Services. To that end, we will not issue any credits or refunds due to delays caused by UPS or USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience to you.
