I purchased online and did not get the package on time and had to refuse the delivery and send back to sender due to flight. It took more than 1 MONTH! To get my refund. Also they deducted 77$ for return fee! In total I paid almost 100$ for nothing! Stay away from them! Not worth the attention!
I purchased a dress and paid 10$ for shipping. I haven't received it yet but first it was said it will be delivered in 3 to 4 business days, then it turned out it will take over 10 days. The, I got a message from DHL that I had to pay an extra 30$ for import duty services. It is a fraud. I will never buy anything from this brand and make sure none of my families or friends does it.

My package was left outside of my building for anyone to walk by and take. Needless to say I didn't get my package and this horrible company told me to put a claim in with DHL. I didn't choose this them Nir should I have to do the job of customer service. They didn't provide any customer service nor hold themselves accountable. Worst experience ever, definitely will not be shopping with them ever again.

As per our recent communication, when a customer removes the signature on the delivery for their order, this removes liability for any missing or stolen parcels once delivered to the nominated shipping address. This is advised on our shipping page and also by DHL when the request is made. We investigated this with DHL and they advised this was requested to be left at the front door. I purchased a pair of linen pants. $10 to ship. I was fine with that, but the returns policy is deceiving. I was under the impression from the website I could return for a free "instant refund". That being said, I received the pants and they quality was awful - terrible unflattering cut. Baggy to the point of clown pants. I put in a request to return and asked customer service what was the issue with me now paying $20 to return the pants. I received what was basically a bot initially and then the same useless response from a rep. Their last response seemed to indicate that my return would be reviewed for acceptability - they clothing is UNACCEPTABLE quality. Bad fast fashion. I don't get why so many influencers push the brand except for the fact that they must give the clothes away. Don't waste your time, energy and money.

I live in NZ, I have purchased from DISSH three times, and have loved every single piece. The quality is great, the delivery is so fast. I have been following everyone's reviews on TikTok and it's helped me see how it fits on other people. With one order, I received a faulty pair of pants, but Millie from the DISSH team was so helpful and gave me a prepaid return label to send them back for a refund. I then repurchased the same pant again and they were perfect. Love how timeless these pieces are and they great additions to my work wardrobe capsule.

As I looked for more classic styles I stumbled across dissh. I was traveling to Italy and wanted to look as stunning as the italy women! Trust me I rocked those dresses day and night. Company is not clear that when you select the US Size, you are actually getting the AUS SIZE. $20 for a refund and if you use their quick refund system you can only pay for the return with a debit card. If you pay for the return with the debit card, you get refunded on the debit card (not the card you paid with) - how is that legal?
Very confusing process, just not worth ordering from and dealing with return process as is not easy and really does not make sense

I was duped by what seemed like great sale prices on current styles with great quality fabrics. But after spending five hundred dollars on linen pants and dresses etc. there is literally nothing of the haul that is flattering or fits. I used to be a fit model so I know my measurements very well, and furthermore have a body where almost everything fits me off the rack. Not a single item of clothing fits right or looks good. That's five hundred dollars down the drain as I can't exchange any sale items and the items I didn't buy on sale are so expensive to return I might as well try re selling them online. Don't be fooled by their photography! The clothes look nothing like the website. Also confused by how heavy all their dresses and pants are. I specifically ordered linen to wear this summer in Rome, but these are winter clothes only with a summer look. Cheap shapeless clothes, don't waste your money.
I only saw all of the bad reviews after placing my order and was terrified to receive it. Writing to say that I had a great experience with this online shop! I discovered them from an Instagram ad. I received great customer service when I reached out with concerns over the sizing because of these poor reviews. They said while they do not usually offer returns they would consider it if the sizing was off. The package arrived to me in the US in less than a week and the pieces fit true to size. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews but I am incredibly happy with all of items I purchased- all high quality linen at amazing prices with the sale. Highly recommend!
Offers no refunds for change of mind even on full price items and also don't offer an exchanges or store credits for sale items. I bought online so had no way of knowing the item would make me look 50 years older than my actual age... an exchange would have been desirable. Not impressed.
Ordered Diego Midi Skirt. Fabric was nothing like it appeared on photos, thin and shiny, some stitching ripped on one wear, was offered just a 20% discount. I have heard mixed reviews but overall I would stay away.

I am not one to usually leave reviews but Dissh definately deserves it. I have ordered $800+ of clothes so far and intend to order more over the coming days. Their quality of clothing is amazing, sizing is true to size and just overall design is great. The materials used are of quality and the delivery turnaround is really quick. I will only order my clothes from Dissh, literally!

Have shopped with Dissh a few times, only downside is being in NZ you have to pay for your own shipping back if you don't love an item. This can be expensive. Love their products though and will continue to shop with them :)
The company sent me the wrong size after their company screwed up. Fought me on it for awhile and then stopped responding. I have been waiting over a month to be refunded and the CS team has disappeared. I will be reporting to my bank as fraud unfortunately. I cannot believe scam companies like this still exist.
I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Dissh customer service, I've had to reach out twice - once for an order that had gotten lost in their system and once for an incorrect size. Dissh customer service was very apologetic and helpful both times, prioritizing shipping for my late item and offering me a free return and priority shipping on a replacement for the other. However, I have had both of these issues, as well as another Dissh dress that was delivered partly unfinished, unfortunately I didn't notice until I wore it. Overall, the fabric quality, designs, and helpful customer service will keep me a Dissh customer and I would absolutely recommend shopping with Dissh.
I'm so happy with my first ever Dissh order I love all of the pieces, everything feels such nice quality and fit so well. The delivery was so fast even at peak time of the year!
