I also had an amazing interaction with the Chadstone store. I think the girls name was tana. She was very accomodating and understand. She went above and beyond to help me with an issue that was completely unrelated to their boutique.
I have purchased many items from Dissh and have always been happy with the quality for the price. However, I ordered a couple items two months ago and only received one of them. After contacting customer service multiple times I have yet to receive a refund, with claims that they have to "talk to their warehouse". I even provided photos of the tiny package I received that couldn't possibly have fit both items to start with. Horrible customer service that makes me never want to shop there again. Buyer beware.

Purchased a top according to their size chart. It was too big and with the design of the top it showed too much side boob. I contacted Dissh and my only option was to just keep it because. They don't exchange. Was told to return it and purchase the size down which will incur another delivery fee. However they don't refund only give credit so I won't be purchasing from them ever I don't think that's a great way to do business
I purchased a pair of flares for $70, after 2 washes (the correct washes), they shrunk in size and length. I contacted head office and they were rude and basically said nothing can be done with the time past (they clearly don't understand you don't wear clothes as soon as you buy them). An absolute waste of money, I bought a very similar pair from Kmart and they have been amazing (for just $20) so I will NEVER purchase from Dissh again! Be careful with clothing as they shrink!
Not worth the price tag and horrible customer service. Firstly, asked for my order to be cancelled within 1 minute of purchasing because I realized I forgot to add the 10% discount code. I was told this was not possible. Unclear why that is because it was literally within 24 hours - this is against consumer law, so that's shady af. Then, I asked if it they could at least add the 10% discount - this request was also declined. I paid $50 for duties for the dress to arrive in Canada. The dress was so poorly sown together and the sizing was completely off. I sized down based on their sizing chart and it was still huge and disproportionate. The fabric is so heavy it pulls down the sweater dress so much that the top of the dress becomes see-through, yet the arms and the back of it are still baggy. Really horrible craftsmanship and material. Stay away.

From somebody who has purchased clothes online from other boutiques, I thought I was safe. No. I purchased a "fancier" dress from this site and honestly the quality is less than something I would buy from Walmart. Honest. Do not waste your money, or style.
Their sizing is inaccurate. If you fit size 6 top, you won't fit size 6 dress. If you want to return it, they'll ask you to pay for postage. Instead of a refund, they said they'll give me a gift card because it was a sale item. I said okay but its been a week and I still haven't received the gift card. Now the item that I wanted to order is not on sale anymore. Pathetic! Money wasted. Not ordering from them again

Ordered Diego Midi Skirt. Fabric was nothing like it appeared on photos, thin and shiny, some stitching ripped on one wear, was offered just a 20% discount. I have heard mixed reviews but overall I would stay away.

Hi received gooods today exposed no protective plastic on them other than the bag so of course torn in delivery and white too and dress dirty! Not happy for a company that prides themselves on quality products why deliver them so shabby! Looks cheap and now dirty!
I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Dissh customer service, I've had to reach out twice - once for an order that had gotten lost in their system and once for an incorrect size. Dissh customer service was very apologetic and helpful both times, prioritizing shipping for my late item and offering me a free return and priority shipping on a replacement for the other. However, I have had both of these issues, as well as another Dissh dress that was delivered partly unfinished, unfortunately I didn't notice until I wore it. Overall, the fabric quality, designs, and helpful customer service will keep me a Dissh customer and I would absolutely recommend shopping with Dissh.
I purchased the Rowan Blazer online and wasn't sure on size. I spoke to Ebony from LIVE CHAT and she was great with trying to help me with size as I'm a petite build but my bust falls into the size 8 measurements.
Ebony was very helpful but I took it upon myself and phoned in-store as the stuff members have seen customers try on blazers and maybe people of my build.
I rang up the Chadstone store and so glad Desiree (I'm sure, was her name) helped me over the phone and reassured me that the size 6 would fit and would give me the overall look I wanted to match with my Rowan Pants and Vest that I had previously purchased.
I got my delivery within a day and it fit so well, the first time I've put on a blazer and didn't feel like a dag.

Poor returns policy. Small make clothes. I'm usually a 10-12 and the 14 skirt hardly fit me - I bought it as a gift and there was also a missing button. They wouldn't refund it so now I have a store voucher that's not going to get used. Quality/materials are also cheap fast fashion.
I am a new customer and I ordered a gorgeous white dress which I will receive soon. I had an inquiry and the customer service team quickly got back to me, were very friendly and great help all around. I cannot wait to receive my dress and order more items.
I have 4 pieces of clothing from DISSH that I have been trying to get refunded for months. DHL picked the items up but DISSH is saying they dont have them. DHL is saying the labels DISSH send me are no longer valid. I can't talk to a real person and have spent hours and hours trying to get nearly $1,000 back. Buying beware...the process to buy and return from DISSH is risky and they dont have actual humans tou can talk to.

I recently bought a dress from Dissh. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I bought the "Worth My Time Cowl Slip Dress in Tan", and it is even much nicer than it appears on line. The style, cut, colour and material just so lovely on the body. I had to contact Head Office with a mistake I made when I put in my order. I wrote an email and left a message on the answering machine. I live in Perth, so the time difference is difficult, I have to mention the staff I spoke to (sorry I forgotten your name) was so lovely, professional, friendly and she had already corrected the mistake before I had actually spoken to anyone. Thankyou so much! The dressed arrived promptly today, and I love it..
The clothes I ordered were beautiful, from the craftsmanship to material to their design. I had a snag in my return (my own fault) because of size issue and I have honestly never had more responsive and courteous assistance from a customer service department ever. Really great company and am so pleased to have found them!

I cannot begin to tell you of the many orders I have placed with DISSH over the past couple of years. With one of my recent orders, I purchased a new regular priced top that absolutely WREAKED of perfume! There is no way whomever re-packaged the top did not smell the odor! I immediately emailed DISSH (within 30 minutes of the delivery) requesting a pre-paid label and an even exchange. Here we are almost 2 weeks later, zero acknowledgement and zero response. Perfume, especially heavy fragrances can cause triggers with people that may have health issues such as myself. I will no longer support DISSH and have shared my experience with my friends, family & followers. Take head to the negative reviews and support businesses that support you through customer service.

Just another overpriced fast fashion store ripping us all off. They have just recently hiked all their prices up but their tacky fast fashion has not improved. And they have stopped offering decent promo codes and sales. Their sale items used to be well priced but now they are marked down to the price they used to sell their items for. Accessories are ridiculously expensive also, don't waste your money here. At least stores like Princess Polly offer refunds on sale items, but not here. And $9.99 for express postage? Really? We all know they receive a postage discount from Aupost. What happened to the regular post option also? And free shipping over $75... I know of many fast fashion stores who offer free postage over $50. Not the best store in comparison to others.
