DISSH really turned a situation around for me when my order was delayed from dispatch.
All of the staff are articulate and kind, I want to shout out Courtney for taking my calls and doing her best to push my situation to management. I then want to thank Tenille for creating an incredible customer experience for me. Not only did she resolve my situation, but she also compensated me for the issues I had come across. She didn't have to do that, but the fact that she went out of her way to go above and beyond is appreciated and speaks volumes.
I have been a long time customer of DISSH and will continue to be so for a very long time. Love the quality, love the care and love the brand.
Toowoomba store customer service very poor specially young girl work Thursday night 29/04/21 bad customer service which is really sad to see and experienced some tops different prices on different colours you would think its all the same price its exactly same tops and same style.
This dress is gorgeous. The sizing was perfect. The cut was perfect. The lining is "old school" and beautifully executed. This company is FANTASTIC. I braced myself thinking the price was too good to be true and the quality would show it and then the dress arrived, and it was so beautifully made that I was amazed and ordered two more! Can't wait for the fall collection!
Very expensive shipping but I loved the product so I was willing to spend the $25. When they arrived the sizing was nothing like on the website so I went to exchange the product and they said it would be $100 to ship back. Now I'm stuck with $120 worth of shorts and nothing to do with them.
I bought a linen dress after seeing one on a client of mine. She looks like a model, so I was very scared of having to return it because I don't exactly look like a model anymore... However, the dress was so beautiful, flowy and could both be worn up or down. I am returning it because it was a little torn after probably someone tried it on and it was a little small. Not easy to see, unless you put it on, so cannot blame Dissh for sending it out like it was. The customer service has been excellent so far and I am definitely ordering more from Dissh.
All the girls in the Chadstone store are so lovely and welcoming. Their service was fantastic and I highly recommend visiting the store! Such high quality of service is hard to come by these days but Dissh is all over it!
After their easy service, refundid could not print a label and 6 emails to their customer service...I was forced to use standard method and have a label printed from DHL which was another 6 emails as it took 3 days to get a label to my email so I thought for sure that wasn't arriving either. Then they failed to say that I was to call DHL for a pickup and how I do that. Never order from them...stick to sites in the us!

Im delighted with my first purchase from DISSH.I was first reluctant because of the sizing but customer service was swift and very helpful with their reply.
I received the linen trousers and waistcoat yesterday and I'm impressed with the quality and finish of the garment.
I would give 5 stars for the service and quality. However, purchases in AUD should be implemented for overseas customers as it would make the already pricey garments more economical! Then I would definitely purchase more often from DISSH.

The worst customer service ever - on their website it shows- US SIZE - US 10 but I received a size 14 - WAY to large - I thought they just shipped the wrong size - their response was that is the correct size. After several attempts to resolve this issue their resolve was - just order a different size - and they will let let me return the size 14. Too many other companies are out there that are much better to work with - stay away from this one. Plus - it was not a cheap blazer - and they will not accept a return.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I am so so so saddened about my experience, and still stuck with my money frozen. There was an almost $150 import tax, on an order of $900, which I refused to pay, and never accepted the goods into the country. Contacted by DHL which advised me this will be fine to do, the site claims free returns but apparently no. Now they're in dispute with dissh, and I DON'T have any clothes delivered, I'm almost 900 dollars in, and can't get it back, and no one is taking any responsibility. Contacted Dish CS - they absolutely don't care about international customers!, contacted DHL, who said the merchant is refusing payment for the return, and contacted my bank. My only hope is to get my money back.
Please learn from my mistake and avoid this business if you're shopping internationally
The company replied and I've contacted DHL again, and contacted DISSH's Customer Service team again. DHL claims that the order was returned to the DISSH team, DISSH has not yet honored my request for a refund - neither via the customer service team nor via the bank. It's been more than 4 months from the order date. SO - they got their clothes back, and NOT issuing a refund, it appears

The online chat team were extremely kind and helpful in looking into my order status/delivery enquiry. They responded almost immediately and ensured I had all my questions answered. Very impressed!
The quality of the item I received was the worst I've seen in this price range. They offer no refunds or exchanges. I don't recommend buying anything from them.

The customer service reps at DISSH are literally the best. I online shop ALOT so I deal with many people from customer service.
