I had ordered face masks for the entire company, they promised me the masks in July...(I had ordered them in May)
I paid for them and as July was approaching there was no follow up, no tracking numbers... nothing... customer service told me that the masks had been printed and they were waiting for them to be shipped... they lied... eventually (this week) they offered me a full refund... and i took it!
Chris Rizo was wonderful in helping us! I understand that a new policy was put into place regarding payment before proof... This was impossible for my organization (County PTA) to work around as we have a sponsor pay for our bags only AFTER approving the proof. I found this out after placing my entire order on a Saturday and was denied. I called back on Monday and spoke with Chris who listened to my problem, saw that this was our 3rd year ordering from you and that we always follow through with payment after proof approval, and he made it happen. He always called back and performed tasks when promised. I appreciate his excellent customer service more than you can imagine! I will continue to use Discount Mugs in the future because of it!
I have been a customer for 7 years, ordering for several events a year. I have had mis-color printing... not complained. I have had crooked printing on several bags out of several hundred... not complained. I have an upcoming event that needed a custom touch so I over paid for some cute cups that came printed in blue instead of purple - I did this in photoshop and am a graphic designer. I know color. Discount Mugs will NOT serve me as a GREAT customer in any way... They offered me a 10% discount to re-order them in purple! NEVER again will I order from them - shame on them.
If it weren't for Johnnathan Rodriguez I dont think I would have placed my order with discountmugs.
He was just great, very professional and instantly followed up on a few issues that happened. My order arrived earlier than expected and I was really happy with the work they've done.

I ordered shot glasses for an anniversary party. ON the expected delivery date which I paid an extra $60 for - nothing. I called the company and was told they were still in production. I explained I needed the glasses within 48 hours for the event, was told they would be shipped overnight that day. The next day the box was on the porch. So happy till I opened it and discovered only 1/3 of my order. Called again and was told that the other 2/3 were on ground transportation to arrive the day I was to fly out for the event. They told me I would be credited for the whole order - I'm waiting to see it.
DO NO TRUST Discount Mugs to get your items on time. If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered koozies for an important event for our organization. Online they promised delivery the day prior to the event if we paid expedited shipping. No problem. Well, I never heard from them, did not receive any follow up emails or tracking information. When I called customer service once again they promised to have the koozies on time and of course they hadn't even gone into production the day that they were due to arrive. To add insult to injury, the only remedy they could deliver on was to remove the expedited shipping cost (that they could not deliver on) and a $25 in store credit. No thank you!
This was my first time using Discount Mugs and it won't be the last Thanks To Ms. Shawnaye Baker who was outstanding. She gave me everything I need with so much professionalism and patience. I couldn't have completed my order without her. There should be more people in the world like Shawnaye that deal with Customer Service. In fact, she could give some business personnel a lesson on people and customer service skills. She should be named and given the Sales Person of the Award!
This company always works with me to create the product I'm looking for, and the customer service is excellent. Samantha Lo has helped me place many orders with this company and is always courteous and willing to go above and beyond to meet my requests. The products always arrive either on or before my requested delivery date, and they always look professionally done.
My committee wanted to order a simple frame with a logo. We knew we had to order 4 weeks in advance to be safe. After 2 weeks went by they tell us they cant get the item we wanted, we would have to order another color (probably to clear their inventory) and we had to make that decision that day to get our order on time. Well we dont like being held hostage so we cancelled and found another company who fulfilled our order in two weeks.
I am a rep for the Wolfpack Club at NC State University. I needed a custom print full color collapsible can cooler for a special event on Saturday, October 4th. I spoke with Manuel Motaduval in sales and he could not have been more helpful. He made sure that I could see a proof that was acceptable. His follow up was prompt and professional. I will definitely buy product from DiscountMugs again.
We ordered 4 gallons of sanitizer. It came in a box placed in a plastic bag which was placed in another box. The inner box was completely soaked in the sanitizer with sanitizer pooling in the bag. When the inner box was opened, one of the lids was off and half of the gallon was empty.
Sent an email. No response. Created a ticket. No response. Sent email tonight. If still no response guess I will have to file a dispute.
Terrible customer service, but they can send you emails right away checking to see if you are going to need more and others at least every few days trying to sell you other stuff.
Horrible quality and horrible customer service! I ordered 300 magnets that arrived completely blurry (like there were clearly two separate lines of color that were supposed to be single color). I asked for a refund and was told that they would give me a 30% refund for a completely unusable product. I told them that wasn't acceptable and if they wouldn't refund me then I needed a reprint. That was 5 weeks and 4 customer service reps ago and I still have not been provided with any solution. Reps don't respond to emails and don't call you back when they say they're going to so you have to start over every time with someone new who always blames it on the vendor. Such a horrible business move - I just want them to take responsibility for their business and resolve this in a reasonable way instead of giving me unusable products.
Shawnaye Baker was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my order went through with enough time. They came out looking great! I submitted the proof with an error and she spent lots of time helping me correct my own error to ensure it came out the best possible way!
Lesly Allison was very understanding of my need to get my order as soon as possible. I have not yet received it but she is doing everything she can to make sure I receive it in time for my event. I will follow with a updated post once I receive the order.

I visited several websites and this one seem to have everything. I was pleased with the help I received from Mr. Washington. I am hosting a Family Reunion and ordered a rather large quantity of t-shirts that I designed and was pleased with the options I had to choose from.
I have ordered hundreds of items from this company in the past. Now they will take your money and your order and never deliver. My last order I did online. They had in stock. Never came. When i asked they said they did not have the item. Had to fight for my money back. Never never again!
My sister and I started a small event planning business a while back and immediately started doing business with Discountmugs.com through a referral by our mom's friend. Our first job was a wedding anniversary reception.
I placed an order stating estimated arrival date is July 21-22. I then received an email stating my items were in production and still have the same arrival date. I check on the order on the 22nd, production has pushed my order back a week and I was NOT notified and my order will now arrive after my needed date! I can pay $250+ in shipping to expedite it now, but they will still arrive a week late.Not sure how that helps me. The guy who was "helping" me kept referring to our agreement of the 27-28 of which I have NOTHING stating those dates. I now have 500 can coolers arriving a week after my festival. I can not cancel my order either. I order every year and have never had an issue until now. Very disappointing especially when it is going to 90+ degrees this weekend!
I placed an order with two projected delivery dates of 9 or 10 days post-order. That afforded time for my promotional event and was ultimately the reason I chose them. I spoke to customer service the first day I was projected to receive the items (9 days post-order), and they hadn't even printed them yet. They assured me they would expedite them.
They printed them and then placed them in regular ground shipping. They even admitted this additional mistake when reviewing their notes from previous calls in which one rep marked that they needed to overnight the items. And yet apparently they messed that up too.
I got several assurances I would be given updates and of course I was the one who had to call them five times.
I see complaints about quality of the work. Also consider not getting the items you ordered in time for your promotional event. Be wary of planning anything on their timelines.
Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
