I ordered something back in November, and due to a problem with the post office, it never left China (obviously not the fault of the shop). Not only did they give me a full refund for it, but they also gave me an extra gift to make up for it. The communication was excellent and they did their best to get the item to me, so five-stars.

This was customizeable item - so you can add your name on the mug
i forgot to place my name - so customer service contacted me and fixed my mistake!
First time i meet such a great customer care service
on the downside - the shipping is very long, my second order arrived after 4 weeks
But Customer service explained it was due post office busy season
