Im giving them one star because is the only way for me to write a review. I called this company to order some coffee mugs with my company logo on it but I needed deliver to a specific day and time so I could have send them to my customers as a gift the lady on the phone (Aileen Martinez) told me if I pay extra She guarantee that my order would be deliver on Dec 19th, 2017. On Dec 19th, I called back since my order appear to be still in production and all they did was apologize and told me my order was not going to be deliver until Dec 29th, when I questioned the fact that I paid more to get it deliver on that day the customer service persons started to make promises of have it deliver by the Dec 22nd, I agreed to wait a few more days because she begged not to cancel the order. Believe it or not on Dec 22nd I called back because my order was still showing up in production! So, I asked to cancel my order and to have a full refund and the lady on the phone (Meriniza Alonzo) put mi on hold for 15 min because she was going to find out with their production team if my order was going to ship out that day. THE NERVE this lady had. Do not waste your time and money with this people, They promise things the cant deliver just to take your money, I now have nothing to send to my customers and its due to the incompetence of this people.

I PLACED 2 ORDERS FOR PENS THAT CAME OUT GREAT. THE ARTISTS WERE OF GREAT HELP WHEN DESIGNING THEM TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
I operate a non profit and have used Branders.com many times. My last order went wrong but they ultimately fixed it. I placed 2 orders in late November 2016. One they had to cancel and the other one was for $825. They have kept my money for over 90 days saying that the bags were on "backorder". I finally called them yesterday and asked where my bags were since they have had the benefit of my $825 since the end of November (90 days). They said they would be delivered in 2 weeks.
So today they called and said the order would cost another $300 if I wanted it because the embroidery was more expensive. They said they would lose money on the order if I didn't pay more. They said I took advantage of a 20% discount when I placed it and they wouldn't be profitable on the order if I didn't pay more. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS? This company cheats people, holds $824 of a non profits money for 60 days and then tries to back out of the order if I don't pay MORE. DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I am a Senior Vice President at a Fortune 500 company and run sales. When my company messes up with a valued customer we FIX IT. We don't hold their money, cheat them and then cancel their order. If we have to take a loss on an order due to OUR mistake then we do that.
Not BRANDERS. Do you want to know what they offered me? 15% off my NEXT order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why would I EVER give Branders any more of my money when they've effectively taken out a LOAN from me for 90 days, used my money and refused to process the order that they took and priced? I didn't create my own price for the product that I ordered.
Please whatever you do, go to another company to place your order. Especially if you are a non profit because every dollar counts. I will be turning this company into the Better Business Bureau and writing as many reviews as websites that take reviews exist. Just please do yourself a favor and click off this website and do not spend your hard earned money with a company this dishonest."

Placed order on October 26th, 2021 with a delivery date of November 9th, 2021. Order contained 100 squirt bottles that were to be given to children as gifts at an event on November 27th, 2021. With expected delivery date being 2+ weeks prior to the event, no issues should have occurred. After several days going by with no tracking info being sent after the expected delivery date, I decided to call customer service to get tracking information. I was told the bottles were still in production and would be a few more days (this was November 15th). I waited a few more days and called again (November 17th) and was promised the bottles would be shipped that Friday (November 19th). When I did not get tracking by Monday (November 22) I called yet again and was told they would ship the next day (November 23). I just called in again today to get the "tracking information" and was instructed that there is no way that the bottles would be done in time to ship. I have been given the run around by this company for weeks, only to be told that 100 kids would not get their gift this year. These were not meant for adults or to be sold, but rather gifts for children and this company took full advantage of us. We could have canceled the order weeks ago and found something else, but now because of the refund delays, we wont get our refund for days if not weeks and nothing can be done for the kids. This company instantly took the money from our bank account but refuses to refund instantly. They sold products claiming to be in stock but was not. Scammed our organization (and others from what I just read) by lying and misleading us.

Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
