I should have paid attention to the other ratings/comments. The departments do not communicate well with each other, the website/timeline is not accurate, and the only customer service you can get is apologies.
I ordered early, paid for expedited shipping, just to be sure I had at least a few days ahead of our event on April 28. As discount mugs.com communicated, during the weeks of production, I checked the website for my status regularly (they have a fancy status bar to show how the order is progressing and the estimated date of arrival in bright red). I was consistently reassured (via the website) that my order was to be delivered by April 25. Our event is for April 28, so we were confident that we were going to have a great experience. On April 25, no delivery came. I called first thing the next morning and was told my date was not going to be met because the third-party they used said that they need to alter the artwork (II checked an "as-is" sign-off box on my order), but they can deliver by May 9. WHAT?! Then the representative told me that she was going to try to make this work and did a lot of leg work that morning (sent me photos of new products that were on-hand in her warehouse and called me to follow-up a few times). I was feeling confident again... and then at 1 pm, I was called and told it wasn't going to happen. I wasted 5 hours of time hoping when I could have been finding another solution! The call center manager told me that her production manager never called her back so it was out of her hands. I was refunded, but certainly not fulfilled. I will never use this company again.
I original placed my smaller sized but EXTREMELY urgent and important order through the website by myself. The time frame was within a week and a half. After a day or so I contacted customer service and they said NONE of my order would be ready on time and to us when we needed it! I was so furious. I called back the next day though and spoke directly with Jose Zumaeta. Jose was extremely knowledgeable and fixed everything. The most reassuring part was that he gave me his name and own phone extension so I could hold him personally accountable for whatever happened. Well, I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Jose fixed everything that needed to be fixed and had my entire order to me the very next day. If it wasn't for Jose I'd say stay away from this company. But its people like him that prove that a few bad C. S. people can really spoil everything. BECAUSE of Jose, I would HIGHLY recommend DiscountMugs.com to everybody... Just make sure to ask to work directly with Jose because he actually listens and follows through with everything he says.

The website is easy to navigate with a great variety of products. They have so many great options with so many great products and above all have great customer service.

I ordered 15 custom printed t-shirts on June 29,20. The order confirmation estimated delivery on July 7 to 8. Today is July 30 and they HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED. I contacted customer service SEVERAL TIMES via phone and email. Every time they will say "they are going to check with production" but will never return the call. I was tired of this and insisted on knowing the status of the order on July 21. On July 22 Jerome Gruba from Customer Service said the order was "shipped" and sent me a FedEx tracking number. However, there are NO SCANS associated with this tracking number, and FedEx told me that means the shipping label was created but the order was NOT shipped. So more than a month later, I don't have the order and I am still getting the run-around. I am feeling I got scammed and plan to report this to my credit card company as fraud.
Jacklyn Odanga was very polite and helpful. I found the answer to my question about the missing items immediately. I would give her the highest amount of positive stars.
I have purchased many items from this company in the past and I will NEVER order from here again after my most recent experience.
Long story short, I ordered mugs that said they would be here by 11/24, they're still not here 12/15. When I reached out to them about the order on 11/30 they said they would up the priority, I dont understand why since they should have been made already. They asked when I needed them by, I said a week to which they replied they would keep me posted. I did not hear from them again and I sent an email 12/6 and they said they were going to ship them out that day which is a week after I said I needed them by and its been even longer and they're still not here. It's practically Christmas and will be headed into the slow season, I don't even need them now, I wouldn't have ordered if they were going to be here at-least close to when they said.
They are refusing to give any sort of credit or incentive to stay with them as a customer, so I wont. I have spent thousands of dollars with them in the past year but that does not mean anything to them so if I were you, I would take my business elsewhere because they do not value it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Using the website, I selected a mug, uploaded artwork and adjusted the quantities and shipping method until we would get the mugs by the needed date at a price we could live with. I uploaded the artwork at the same time I placed the order and approved the proof as soon as I received the e-mail. Despite doing my part, Discount Mugs changed the estimated delivery date by two days. Considering the items have not left the facility and the online tracker doesn't even show they have moved to the shipping department, I will be surprised if they meet the revised date.
I called "customer service" and asked why my package hadn't shipped and the non-helpful person there just kept repeating that the dates are estimates and can move if the production schedule requires it. I told her that a change of several days is not a reasonable "slip" in the schedule. A company that CARES about customer service and customer satisfaction would have offered to upgrade my already expedited shipping at no cost. This person flat out refused. This company lies and the customer service department really couldn't care less about the customers. Use them at your own risk and make sure you have PLENTY of time available for their "production schedule" to change to whatever is convenient for them.
I've ordered these shirts for the past 4 or 5 years for our family reunion at the lake. We are always pleased with the results.

Ordered 250 Koozies from them and about 30 are faded/look used and old. Another 20-30 are completely squished because my order came in 2 boxes and the 2nd box was not filling with any packaging support to allow a safe shipment. They just threw the other 75 in box and said "good enough"
Their customer service is literally the worst I've ever dealt with online and requested multiple pictures, then told me not good enough, and that I have to send more. After 2 go rounds, I'm going to lick my wounds and call it a day!
Ordered 250 koozies and thankfully only need about 180... they don't know that though and should have some level of quality control. About 30-40 are faded on the imprint and the others in question came totally crushed (not flattened, see pix)
This site is a total POS and would not recommend using it to anyone that cares about the outcome.
USE 4Imprint! The savings isn't worth it. I promise!

Based on the other reviews here I should've known better but I was feeling... risky. Oops. Don't be like me. Gross customer service tactics including saying they "don't agree" with the customer... when things are clearly CRUSHED or MISPRINTED.

Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
