Terrible!

This is the worst customer service that we have ever seen. We've been trying to get the wrong logo on our promotional mugs replaced for weeks now, and their response has always been "no." They offered us 108 replacement mugs but only $75 store credit when we spent up to $28k with them? What kind of company refuses to help someone that they owe so much money too?! This company's customer service really needs some improvement because it seems as though they refuse any responsibility or accountability in fixing mistakes! WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, AND YOU WILL LIKELY GET ROBBED!

I HAVE BEEN ORDERING MUGS FROM 4IMPRINT FOR YEARS. THIS YEAR I THOUGH TI WOULD TRY A NEW COMPANY (due to pricing). BEWARE... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! NEVER AGAIN. THE LOGOS COME RIGHT OFF IF YOU WASH THEM. This company will only refund on mugs that have logos that come off however if i were to wash all 100 that i ordered i am sure we would lose the logos on them too. This has never been an issue when ordering from 4imprint.com.

Garbage service

This is a cautionary statement about the consequences of trusting shoddy companies, and how they can wreak havoc on your business. Our company recently placed a $20k order for promotional mugs with this company because their prices appeared unbeatable! Shipping was supposed to be around 800$, so it all seemed very reasonable until we realized what happened: The wrong logo got sent in our shipment - not even close! Upon contacting them to make the situation right for us, they offered us a $75 credit for their store along with 108 mugs. This is after we spent up to $28,000 with their company. This is not any kind of refund, and it's not remotely a way to make the situation right on their end. THIS IS A REFUSAL TO HELP. Do not do business with them. THEY WILL TAKE AND RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!

Never Again!

These people are shady! Our nonprofit organization ordered from them for an upcoming event and they doubled our order and charged us twice without permission. When we called them on it, they refused to correct their mistake! Not only did we get charged twice for an order WE DID NOT MAKE, the second half of the order won't even arrive on time for our event! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

It is a trap!

The printing on the mugs is merely stickers that wash off very soon. If you place them in the dishwasher, the logo will be gone within 2 months. If you wash by hand, the logo will be gone in 6 months. This company is offering a scam with a subpar product. DO NOT BUY FROM DISCOUNT MUGS! I would have provided a picture but the mugs that I possess (the others were given for promotion), are just blank mugs with nothing on them.

Run, Don't Walk!

I placed an order for a very important client project. The completion and arrival of the project was supposed to be in time for the due date of the project. I checked on the project four days before it was supposed to be in-hand, only to see it not even being in production yet. I called customer service to find that they were out of stock when I ordered the item! I talked to several people at Discount Mugs when I initially placed the order to make sure the art was correct, and surely, someone could have notified me then that the item was not even in stock. Over a week went by, and no one notified me that my items were not being made because the items are out of stock. I would have had time to order elsewhere if Discount Mugs had one competent person working for them to notify me that the item was not even in stock! Now, I am left scrambling to find a solution that will work instead for the client's project. How does this even happen? They don't know how to keep track of their own inventory? Yikes! Run, don't walk from this company. They obviously have no idea what they are doing! Supposedly they are refunding our money for their mistake. We'll see.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!
I called and talked to a rep there and she assured me that my product would not be shipped without a proof. I get an e-mail today telling me that my order had shipped. WITHOUT ME SENDING ANY ARTWORK IN.

So now Im paying and getting a product without a logo.
And when I called to inquire she NEVER apologized, and just kept telling me that their policy was NO REFUNDS.

I paid $95 to have this rush ordered on 9/18, you know because their website specifically states, "On Time Delivery", welp on 9/18 this shipment was still in production, when I brought it to their attention on the website chat I was told please wait 24-48 hours to call about the status but that they were looking into it as I was adamant that I needed this by Friday 9/21. Well on 9/19 I get an email that the shipment is being shipped and is expected on 9/25 - the earliest would be 9/24- too bad I said I needed it know later than 9/21. So when I said I wanted a refund they originally weren't even going to give me the full amount, not until I got irate with them did thy offer to refund the money - mind you the amount does not include the $95. They need to take "On Time Delivery" OFF their website - asap.

We placed an order with Discount Mugs to be used for an upcoming trade show. Even though we ordered weeks in advance, they kept changing the shipping date, so we called several times to make sure the order would be there on time.

The kept pushing the arrival date closer and closer to our show, so we went to great lengths to ensure that an order would be delivered the Friday before our trade show (it started the following Monday), even though it should have been there before given when we placed the order.

We kept asking for a tracking number, but they kept telling us they would give that to us as soon as it shipped.

Friday came around and we knew nothing of where the order was, so we called. It turns out that--despite our calling and checking in repeatedly--they hadn't bothered to make our order at all. They said they could rush it and have it there by Monday, but that was the best they could do. We kept asking if they could overnight it so that it would be there on Saturday seeing as how it was supposed to already be there, and the show was scheduled to start that Monday, but they simply shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do, sorry.

Our order, which we had placed several weeks before our trade show, got there on the first day of the show and with very little concern from Discount Mugs.

We asked about compensation and they agreed to get back to us, which they never did.

Will not be using them again.

Terrible Business

If I could give negative stars, I would! This company took 8 days to make our 40 wine glasses, 36 coffee mugs and 50 coasters. Then another 6 days for shipping. I can't even begin to explain the terrible quality of product that arrived. Half of our logo & writing was "rubbed off" when it was said to be ENGRAVED, the coasters were completely off-center, and the coffee mugs were dirty, dingy, and it was clear that the "imprint" was actually just a sticker. Knowing that we were supposed to be gifting these to client who spend $200,000-$1,000,000 with us, we could not gift this to them. Multiple products were shattered upon arrival, and all that weren't, needed to end up in the garbage anyway. When talking to customer service to try to get a refund, we were told to take MANY photos and send them via email to Iyanna. She accused us of not sending her emails, altering the products/photos and damaging the products ourselves. Then refused to send us a refund until they received the product back and could inspect them, as if she didn't believe us. She dodged our phone calls, didn't respond to our emails, and sent us labels to ship her the boxes with well over $700 of product and the return name was not only not the purchaser, but a random name. It took 15+ phone calls, 20+ emails and ONE FULL MONTH to remedy this situation. Do yourself a favor and go with a company who cares about their customers and takes pride in the product they produce.
