This review is in regards to the Sales representive that helped me place my order, not only was he willing to help in anyway possible, he made his duty and job to check in with me to ensure I was placing the order. His name is Johnnathan Rodriguez and my order # is DM******* & 07-30-2014. He was friendly, funny and helped with all my questions. I will order back with this company once I am able to speak with Jonathan and have him help me thru the process
Customer service is AWFUL. The sales representatives don't know the products, instructions are ignored by the art dept. I've tried three times to get my order, to no avail. Needed for a wedding, but running out of time. This company is AWFUL - DO NOT PURCHASE can koozies. A con game to get you to buy a more expensive product. STAY AWAY and don't be fooled by cheap price.
This company said they could meet my shipping time and then after wasting 5-days of having my order, called to say there would be a delay messing up my entire event. Don't get sucked in to their"shipping" guarantees. NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL!

You don't want to get ripped off! This company will take your money and run. We ordered promotional items worth $20,000 and shipping was a whopping 800 bucks. But they never sent us the goods - instead, we received someone else's order of mugs with Remax Real Estate®'s logo. When we contacted them about this problem, they either dodged our calls or gave us a runaround. In the end, they offered us a lousy $75 store credit and 108 free mugs. Mind you, this after spending a $20,000 order. Where did that money all go? POCKETED. They refused to do anything else for us after receiving our complaints over four times- what kind of customer service does this offer? Avoid at all costs! This company will take your money and run. Our beer mugs were a hit to our customers too. Discountmugs.com is now my favorite online store. They have a huge selection and the customer service never kept me waiting.
DO NOT ORDER FROM DISCOUNTMUGS! Placed an order over a month ago. You're supposed to see your order status by logging in. My delivery date came around and my items weren't even in production. I submitted a ticket to understand why this is the case. It wasn't until then I was told 3 of the shirt sizes were unavailable. So we exchanged for a different style. 3.5 weeks and 6 representatives later I still don't have my order and have no understanding what the hold up is. These shirts were for my racing team who has only 3 nights of racing left, 2 nights being this week. Extremely dissatisfied with this company and their lack of communication. All but one representative brushed me off and ignored following up with me. DO NOT ORDER FROM DISCOUNTMUGS!
If I could give them negative stars, I would. I Placed an order for 100 shirts in early January with an estimated delivery date of 1/19-1/20. When I called today to follow up, I was told they are running 2 weeks behind, something they never relayed to me. My order is for an event next week and I will not have them for the date, which ironically was to be printed on the shirt. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER. Do not waste your time or money with Discount Mugs
We have had nothing but terrible service from this company from the start. An order was placed, with an estimated delivery date of about 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks came and went and upon checking status information, our product had not even finished production yet. After having 5 additional phone calls with customer service and even getting a supervisor involved, I was lied to about production times and about order status over and over again. Now over two weeks past my estimated delivery date, they may finally be about ready to ship out, maybe. I'm not holding my breath though as I've heard the same lies over and over again from their other agents. No one knows what's going on over there. I have asked for multiple calls back regarding an update that was supposed to be looked into which I never received and had to call back myself to try and gather the information only to find out nothing new was actually found out. I would never recommend going with this company for any service ever again and once I get the product I've paid for, I will be severing ties completely. Zero communication, zero trust, zero reliability. No thanks.
Please read before using them for your important event. My event was scheduled for a Friday. I ordered 60 pieces to be delivered in plenty of time. When I hit check out - the delivery date bumped up to my event date. I was concerned, so I contacted customer service. "Everything will be fine, don't worry" was their reply. After not being notified for a few more days, I contacted them again. No one could answer my questions, no one could assure me my order would arrive in time. I did not speak to the same person twice. I called and chatted MULTIPLE times, always getting the same lame response.
I was finally emailed on Thursday (day before event) to notify me that my order would not make it time for Friday. Not even enough time to make other arrangements.
Had they told me they were out of what I had ordered, no problem, I would have picked something else. Had they been honest with me - I would not be so angry.
Bottom line - if you are able to change your important event date, go ahead and order from them. If you can't, avoid this company like the plague! I will never personally use them again, nor will any organization that I am affiliated with.
I love Discount mugs! Their products are awesome & they have so many options. I purchased party favors for my little sisters wedding & everyone loved them! I will definately be ordering again! TY
This is the second time I have ordered from Discount Mugs and it is becuase of the customer service. Priscilla Limardo was able to take care of my order which was a little complicated. She was quick and thorough and was PLEASANT! I'll be back!
TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE! I ordered 3 lip balm samples, they charged me $10 for shipping, ok, that isn't great, but I can handle it, especially if it is what I am looking for, for a future event. I received 1 balm, not 3 and it wasn't even the one that I ordered. I contacted the company and they gave me a credit on my account, which was fine, I would just re-order, right? NO! When I entered the promo code they gave me for my credit, the shipping jumped to $30.00... for 3 lip balms. This is a terrible company, they will rip you off and play games. DO NOT USE They will rip you off.
So, they tried to make it right, I reordered, and I received the wrong flavor, again. I give up, will not be using them again.
Waited two weeks and on the day the order was due to be delivered, they cancelled. They claim the items are discontinued. No explanation of why they did not know that sooner.
I wanted some personalized pens and was quite happy about the selection and the price. I was very happy with the product! More communication would have given them a 4 star though. I like to know when to expect the items! I had to hound them about the order. I placed the order on the 3rd of the month and had to email them to ask where's my order on the 22nd! They had shipped already and sent me a tracking code at that time. It was to arrive on the 25th. It did arrive by then. I liked them... their selection, price and website... but communication is so important. I hate wondering! And it took a little long to receive the items. Ordered on the 3rd, received on the 25th? I should rate them 2.5 stars for that!
Delivery is going to be over a week late and I never received any communication about these delays until I called the company. Unacceptable customer service and lack of communication.
Overall I have been dissatisfied with this company. I approved the image proof as soon as it was received, my product was continually delayed periodically for 3 weeks past the initial arrival date. The item tracker online is never accurate. I received a photo of a sample printed bag that did not look anything like the logo I approved. They advised they would amend the bag to match the logo I approved then a get an e-mail 3 days later saying the item had shipped. The bags I received were completely different and obviously for another customer. They offered me a $150 in store credit for the inconvenience, I informed them that I did not want to buy anything else from them and wanted a refund on my card and for more than $150. They agreed to a credit card refund but would not help reimburse me for the additional costs I had to accrue. I am still waiting the arrival of my bags which will take an additional 10 business days. Some of the customer service representatives are friendly but a majority of them are combative, not understanding and difficult. If you want cheap products they may look like the logo you chose and that you will have to constantly follow up with, use this company.
Cups are very beautiful but Logo keeps peeling off, at first it was one cup, now there are three peeling. It's been only a month since we ordered

Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
